Perfect location

Not cheap but very good value for a beachfront location within walking distance of beach, pier and central shops and restaurants. Perhaps slightly dated decor but spacious 1 bed apartment, plentiful storage, good size living room/diner and well equipped kitchenette, with coffee maker, microwave and dishwasher and laundry facilities onsite for modest cost. Beach towels and chairs available free of charge as was gated car park. We did not use owners lounge or jacuzzi but they were available while room made ready for check in. There are some activities laid but we did not use them. All staff were friendly and helpful. Not too noisy from road or train but could hear some stomping from room above. No aircon but cool enough with windows open and fans on.

Birthday Getaway

Great two night stay to celebrate my birthday with my family. My kids and I enjoyed the on site craft (for a small fee) with Kim.There was construction during our stay but that was communicated ahead of our stay so we were aware. Overall, very satisfied with our stay and can't wait to return.

Enjoyed our quick one night stay. Beach/pier right across the street. Places to eat in front of condo and on beach. No need to drive anywhere. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of room. Enjoyed the hot tub and sauna. Front desk lady was super friendly.

Nice, clean property. Spacious apartment. Most units have great view of ocean. Across from train station but not too disruptive. Large beach and pier across the street. Kitchen stove wasn't the best (a bit rusted and one element not working) but could cook on it. Garburator kept filling with water so didn't turn on the dishwasher. To be fair, we didn't let them know until check out so perhaps someone could have come to fix it. Not nice to clean but a lot of bathtub drain had hair collecting down there (from previous users - we usually bring a hair catcher with us). This part of San Clemente is very hilly so good to know if that's an issue.
