The pool was closed, the reception was dark and smelt musty and the porters were non-existent!! Just a very cheap hotel I found out that this hotel was originally The Hugh Hefner Play Bunny Hotel!!!!

The hotel is in need of updating. Everywhere you looked it needed repairs. The hotel couldn't find our booking. The answer to every question was contact your agent. Even to pool had rust at the bottom of the pool. They gave us a code to get through the gate to get back into the hotel grounds from the beach which was pointless because the lock was broken. We booked a spare bed but it was there. When I contacted the agent i was ts it was in the cupboard and I had to make it up myself. The sheets were dirty and their reply was that no one was available to provide cleeen sheets. I had to improvise with things we had with us. The spare bed was old, uncomfortable and noisy. There is a restaurant but in the hotel but it's not part of the hotel and the service was ok but not great. I contacted our agent to arrange a one hour later check out which they said was fine however the next day they czme to clean our room at 10 and said I had to be out. I explained I had arranged a late check out they said it was fine but then came back 5 minutes later and asked me to speak to someone on the phone. I did and had to explain again that i had spoken to their agent and arranged a late check out. Eventually it was agreed we could have a late check out, this was frustrating as it put us on edge as we planned our morning based on having a slightly later check out as agreed.

Amazing hotel. Perfect location. Fabulous views. Staff were amazing. Room was extremely well equipped. More of an apartment than a bedroom. Walk in wardrobes, kitchenette, beach chairs and towels. Comfy beds, very stylish room. Food was very reasonable in restaurant, but be aware of gratuities and taxes. Valet parking was very well organised and free. A big plus for me. Security was very good too. I stayed here with my 2 children. I would definitely stay again and highly recommend this hotel.

When we check in we didnt get info from the reception like when can we use the pool or how we can get to our room. The room was ok. It is quite big and the bed is quite comfy. However I am quite disappointed with the cleanliness as there were some dirty areas in the room like the sink, table and hairs in the bathroom. The kettle also doesnt work.For £152 a night room, it wasnt quite worth it.

Poor hotel,poor service,everything falling apart.

We had issue with water during the stay,when we could not shut the tap.After Plumber's visit we ended up with no tap at all for a day.We got another room for a day,echo H we could not access as door lock was broken.We had to deal with rude and unhelpful manager of the building over the phone rather reception staff as there is none.during our 5day stay we had rooms cleaned and towels changed hardly once. Keep away from this hotel if you can!

Good spot. appartement need refresh and new bed.

The location of the hotel next to the beach is perfect with the pool. We had a really good time playing outside. But the appartement need some refresh and the mattress is not confortable at all, you feel the spring.

For the first 20 minutes i was locked out of my room and the lock was never fixed. I never got to use the tv and they said they would fix it multiple times. The air conditioning didn't work and they said they don't use that , even though there is a ac control in the room.
