Short stay

The apartment was fine. The wifi did not reach our apartment. You had to stand in the hall to get any signal, there was no point in addressing with reception, signals are signals. Our travels plans changed, so we left earlier than anticipated.

I love staying here. The rooms are elegant, comfortable, and stylish, and the property is located in a fantastic part of the city, full of great food, coffee, shopping, and incredibly convenient transportation links. It's self-service, so there's no housekeeping, but I'd much rather have to make my own bed here than stay at a more expensive, less nice place. Big windows, nice views, two big TVs, comfortable couch and bed, well stocked kitchen, Nespresso machine (though ... never enough pods—I always run out on day one). And very friendly, helpful staff. ... And the breakfast place next door is outstanding. Highly recommended, all around.

Great aparthotel!

Perfect area, around the corner from South Yarra train station, 1 stop to Melbourne Park, 3 stops and you're in the city. Lots of great cafes, restaurants and shops nearby. Very clean, modern apartments, with all accessories needed, quiet rooms, friendly staff. Late arrival procedure quick and easy. All went as planned and exceeded my expectations. Would definitely recommend and will definitely go back.

A week-long visit to Melbourne for work & pleasure

We needed somewhere to stay for 8 days that would allow easy access to the CBD (for work purposes) and would also enable us to catch up on washing etc. from touring Australia. It was perfect - a home from home. The price (just over $100 a day) was fantastic - we got a first rate, very spacious and well-equipped, apartment for a budget price.

Very nice modern apartment

Really nice little apartment, modern, clean & had everything we needed for our 4 night stay. Reception staff very helpful & friendly. Although not in the centre of the main part of Melbourne the train station & tram stops were just around the corner. Would definitely recommend these apartments

Business hotel, not suitable for tourists

Paid Expedia 2 months in advance, but the hotel also took the rental money. No light switch in bedroom- it's in the hall. No bedside lights, no bedroom drawers. Substantial construction work adjacent to hotel starts at 7am 6 days a week. Towel rail eight feet from shower. No maid service for 6 days. No tourist information or maps.

New Serviced Appartment stay in South Yarra

Only opened a couple of weeks prior to my week stay the quality of the room and building over all was first class. Adjacent to the train station and tram line as well as being a 5 minute walk from the main shopping an restaurant centre on Chapel street. The room was serviced in the middle of my stay but this was fine for me. Inclusion of a dish washer and a washing machine and dryer meant it was easy to keep clean and get all the laundry done before I left. Black mark for absence of advertised wifi and prepared to accept as a teething problem for a new building if they had advised this on check in rather than have to find out and ask. Price though meant this was a top of the range Appartment at a budget rate so over all very happy.
