Basic 3 star hotel and a bit tired. bed linen changed every day and rooms cleaned . Rooms are on the small size but adequate. The staff were friendly and spoke several languages including signing for the deaf. good continental breakfast, close to central station and coaches for the airports.Price reasoable for Milan

The demo hotel in milan , is a beautiful peice of art and design , walking distance to metro and milano centrale and other transport ways to places , for a few euros you can travel wherever you wish through milan to all the well know places , or even travel further to beautiful lake como for under 10 euros return , the hotel itself is a wonderful place to stay for the night or for a week or two , reasonable breakfast , lots to choose from cereals or cakes or salami meats of milan , the staff are excellent and very helpful and welcoming to demo hotel , the hotel has always hot water for shower and lots of clean towels , rooms are clean and beautiful , for 8 euros theres a coach that takes you to malpensa airport its alot cheaper then taxi or train and its the same journey , me and my friend had a wonderful time in demo hotel, valentines 2019 !! Decoration is artistic. Room is very clean and has a good hair dryer (strong wind so that your time for drying hair is shortened). Heater is hot enough to make me feel cozy and comfortable. Overall experience is great

Had a nice time at the hotel it had all we needed a safe place to come back to at end of the day it was close to the transition and subway station to get around Milan and the hotel breakfast include bread with butter/jam/honey, cheese, meat, croissants, pastries, rolls, fruit juice and various handmade hot beverages.

Excellent location and friendly staff

We stayed for 5 nights in August. Excellent location very near to Milan train station and bus terminal. Room is basic with good air conditioning and decent Wifi. Very friendly and helpful staff especially Loida who served us breakfast every morning with a smile. The receptionists Emilia and the guy at night are nice too. Our room is always smelling fresh but needing a bit of dusting under the bed but otherwise comfy beds. Overall we had a lovely stay and I would recommend the hotel.

Do not let Hotel Demo move you to Club Hotel

This review actually concerns Club Hotel, not Demo, as when we tried to check in at Demo, we were sent around the corner to their "sister hotel", the "new" one apparently. This is not the first time Demo have done this to us, so I feel it is appropriate they are reviewed on the standards we received at Club. It was not new. It was dated and cramped and we had no hot water on 2 out of 3 days we stayed there. The receptionist simply shrugged and gave a big sarcastic smile. She knew we had paid in advance and there was very little she was bothered to do about it . It was not the hotel we had booked, the room was extremely cramped and dated, there was no hot water and there was no apology, no attempt to compensate us or even move to another room.

The only good thing was the distance to the train

Upon arrival highly uninformative staff given key and no info at all. I know i booked a small room but it was tiny Beware larger people you might not get in the shower the doors are so small!! Walking up a grey concrete staircase to which looked more like a run down block of flats to the room it became clear it wasnt going to be a quiet night Everytime someone opens a door you hear When they use the stairs you hear When they shower or flush loo thats right uou here and dont start me on the 7am cleaner who thats right you hear!!!! Would NEVER book here again and I've stayed in 4 other hotels and the only reason i didnt go there was they were fully booked

Worst hotel ever ! Dirty walls, dusty furniture and covers and no room service at all. We had to find the cleaning lady and ask for some toilet paper ! Not to mention that the back of the house area is dark - even at night the lighting is not enough - leading to my falling off the stairs from day one. I'm an electrical engineer, expert in building services and I can prove that they are not following the basic standards ! I spent my holidays in my room, taking painkillers ! I will ask a compensation and that's the least I can do ! Very misleading photos on the internet !

A basic hotel for a reasonable price.

My stay was generally pleasant. The hotel was accurately pictured and described. Staff were friendly and the rooms were basic (as expected). The room i stayed in had a bed (not the most comfortable), wardrobe, small desk and a bathroom with a small shower. The furnishings were a little dated, otherwise the rooms were fine. The breakfast buffet was extremely basic and disappointing. It consisted of a hot beverage, croissant (butter/chocolate/with sweet filling), small bread buns with a selection of ham and/or cheese slices, jams, bread sticks, biscuits and a fruit cocktail. Overall the stay was good. A basic room with a basic breakfast for a reasonable price.

Not the best hotel in Milan but it's easy access

The receptionist is quite rude, not very informative, the room is at the back of the building and the neighbourhood is pretty scary with lots of junkies especially at night and lots of noise too. The lift is very small cannot fit two people and the luggage

Great location and hotel with a unique design

It is a very different hotel with many paintings and art designs decorated throughout the hotel. The staffs are really friendly and willing to help. However, they tend to have shortage of utensils while having breakfast and so we had to wait for plates and cups to be washed.
