The first thing I have to mention is the excellent staff. Every one of them was polite, attentive and helpful and communicated well in spite of the language barrier. I didn’t speak a word of French but they did their best to communicate in English and they did a great job. Garden and City has lots of common spaces to hang around after a hard day of hiking. Most lodgings in Cauterets do not have common spaces. Rooms were clean, beds were comfy. There is an in-house laundromat. Located in the center of town. Pricing was reasonable. I would highly recommend this place.

The property is in an excellent location and has a lot of potential... However, we found the value for money to be unsuitable. Specifically, breakfast was not included, nor was the possibility of using the pool the next morning because its opening time coincides with check-out time. So, we used the spa the night before for a short time and noticed that both the sensory and tropical showers, as well as the spa water, were a bit cold or not properly regulated. Furthermore, the tiny bedroom, suitable for only one person, didn't have enough space to open two suitcases, and there wasn't even air conditioning. We arrived on particularly hot days despite being in the mountains, and the balcony didn't have a chair or a table... there was a fan that was taking up unnecessary space. Furthermore, in the bathroom, we found a buildup from a previous stay, and there were handprints on the headboard. We had to rent towels to go to the spa, paying for them separately. At check-in, they couldn't explain how the outdoor parking worked, as their indoor parking is paid anyway, so you might get confused. We also had to wait too much to get our room keys.

Property is good, but the outside pool wasn’t open and area around it not cared for much which we were looking forward to. Inside Spa was very good though. Took a while to get the deposit credited back to my account.

L’établissement est très bien situé. Nous avons cependant constaté un manque d’entretien des infrastructures. Notamment la partie Balnéothérapie. En 2025 nous avons trouvé cela propre et entretenu. Cette année nous avons constaté une odeur incommodante dans le hammam. Dans le sauna, un joint en silicone dépasse du sol sur toute la longueur. De l’eau coule des canalisations traversant le plafond et tombe dans la piscine. C’est vraiment dommage car ces installations étaient de qualité et très agréables.

L arrivée fut top ; l appart etait propre , super équipé ; le personnel beaucoup de jeunes ( gros point fort ) était aux petits soins pour moi , d'une gentillesse et d un professionalisme exemplaire ; les activités étaient sumptueuses : La piscine intérieure super propre , le hammam , le sauna en plus à disposition etaient pour moi un gros plus : apres le ski du matin , profiter de ces installations m a permis de décompresser de mon année stressante de boulot ( j ai une sociéte evenementielle ) et va meme me permettre de redemarrer ma saison évenementielle ultra chargée.Enfin en plus le restaurant au sein méme de l'établissement est d un rapport qualite prix top et les services esthetiques sont tres complet et le personnel est tres efficace.Je suis arrivée mardi : Seul Regret : Je fus obligé de repartir vendredi à la fin de mon séjour merci pour tout je recommanderais et reviendrais surtout

Très beau séjour en fin de saison. Personnel très agréable. Les espaces communs sont propres et modernes. La chambre supérieure a une grande douche et un grand lit. La piscine de la balnéo est assez grande pour faire quelques longueurs . Le petit déjeuner est bon . Parking gratuit en bas de la rue.

Nous étions côté rue mais insonorisation excellente. Très propre , manque juste une petite hotte dans la kitchenette. Deco refaite récemment plutôt sympa. Balneo très agréable après les efforts mais il faut y aller assez tôt car à 17h c’est bondé. Personnel souriant et très sympa.

Logement correct et très propre mais qui manque cruellement de rangement. Le personnel et notamment la réception est très sympathique et toujours prêt à répondre à vos besoins. La balneo est un plus mais l’eau de la piscine est un peu froide.

Rapport qualité-prix pas au niveau. Il y a une piscine mais froide avec le toit abîmé. On a payé 350€ la nuit, trop cher pour les prestations. On attendait de l'espace balnéo un endroit cocooning pour se détendre en fin de journée mais la température de l'eau ne le permettait pas... Dommage
