Was charged an extra $76 to what I thought I was paying for. When asked what that was for it turns out charged for tax, $36.82 - well okay - but the wifi and car parking was advertised as free if self parking. All of those extra expenses should be made clear, so what was a very nice place to stay was tainted by a seemingly surreptitiously way of getting extra money. Shan’t go again.

Great stay

Lovely place, had everything we needed for our 2 night stay. Private beach is nice, you don't really need to rent the chairs as there is plenty of space for your own chair or towel. 2 pools, never too busy, parking in front of your room, receptionists very friendly. Sunsets are beautiful from their beach.

Our allocated room for a 12 night stay was located in a position that allowed minimal natural light so much so that lights were required to all be on during daylight hours. I felt this room was allocated due to me booking through third part ie Expedia

This property is ideal for walking to the beach at the end of the road, the rooms are tastefully decorated and well equipped. However there seems to be a cockroach problem currently which really put a dampener on the stay. The staff seemed surprised and moved both our rooms to different ones but were unapologetic on 3 occasions. Our secondary rooms were better but there was still 1 cockroach that we encountered, better than 5! All in all the hotel is lovely but I don’t think I would stay again due to the lack of sleep and feeling itchy.

Very comfortable stay

The room was located in a complex of different, adjacent hotels. Although the site is large, you still feel your're in a small hotel as rooms are positioned in blocks around landscaped gardens. Potentially, there are a lot of people to use the facilities, but for our stay, it felt very quiet. Access to the beach is great, and also the few restaurants and grocery stores across the street. The provision of complimentary beach towels and chairs is a bonus.Our room was very well equipped and in very good condition. The bed was particularly comfortable. Reception staff were professional and friendly.

Very nice little complex very close to the beach. Free loan beach chairs, library and DVD library. Will definitely return. Would stay away from the pizza place across the road though - a complete dive.

Great location, beach just a short walk and local 7 11 and restaurants all just minutes away. Pool is great for the kids and adults alike. Lovely well kept grounds and very helpful and friendly staff. Rooms are great as well.

Close to the beach and restaurants.

Although outside space is advertised it is only a small area by parked cars. As we were in a corner room we did feel very cramped right next door to our neighbours. Inside the room it was dark with very little natural light. Choice of pools and garden areas dotted around did make site pleasant.
