The apartment was great! Close to everything and very big and clean. Grocery was one minute walk from the door so we cooked a few meals and bought our own drinks instead of going out every meal.

Very spacious apartment in Siena historic center. Well equipped, comfy beds, quiet, warm (late March). Would recommend for a family with older kids (loft bedroom is private enough, but has steep stairs to get to)

Tre giorni in famiglia (2 adulti e 2 ragazze di 13 e 16 anni). Ottimi gli spazi nell’ appartamento, vicinissimo al centro. Due rampe di scale per accedere al piano, scalini all’interno e scala a chiocciola per raggiungere la stanza superiore. Buone le dotazioni, aria condizionata.

Great location walkable to the main sites! Spacious rooms with 1.5 bathrooms - comfortable enough for my family of 6 during our short stay in Siena! It's on the second floor so keep that in mind with luggage.

A wonderful apartment in Siena Old Town!!

During our recent trip to Italy we stayed at many hotels and apartments, this was one of our favourites! This apartment had everything, a living room, plenty of beds (we had a 2 bedroom apartment), one and half bathrooms, a kitchenette with a dishwasher and washing machine makes this the perfect place to refresh before seeing the rest of Italy. Fabulously located overlooking a square in Siena Old Town, it provides easy access to attractions. Modern amenities are also close by with supermarkets and eateries close to home. As with all popular towns, parking is difficult but free parking is available 15 mins away. If parking in these free areas, it's important to pay attention to the sweeping days and times. Contact the hotel management about parking so they can help with details about a one hour drop off window in the ZTL area. We wished we could have stayed longer, we would stay there again!

Appartement entièrement équipé.

Appartement parfait; immense et confortable! Toutes les commodité accessible. Par contre le fait qu’il n’y ai personne sur place nous prive d’un contacte pour avoir quelque conseils sur les resto et les visites à faire. Pour le reste tout était parfait et idéal! Je recommande sans hésiter!

Spacious apartment in central Siena

Extremely spacious apartment in central Siena that can comfortably accommodate 4 guests (there were just 2 of us). The 2 bedrooms are well laid out, the beds were comfortable & traditional sheets & blankets were provided (no duvet, but extra blankets in the wardrobe). There was plenty of space to move around/organise luggage etc. There were 2 good sized, well equipped bathrooms & a fully equipped kitchen with small dining table - we were so glad to have the use of a washing machine after 7 days of travel! The only slight let down was that the floors hadn't been mopped before our stay: although the apartment was generally very clean, it was clear the bedroom & living area floors had only been hoovered/brushed, and not mopped: the dust made our slippers quite dirty. This was the only disappointment. Everything else worked fine. Wifi was good but had to be in the reception area for a guaranteed connection. Would happily book this apartment again.

Un po’ di attenzione anche per le piccole cose

Appartamento grande, accessoriato, in una posizione molto comoda. Solo un problema: la caldaia andava in blocco. La prima sera è venuto un responsabile, l’ha fatta ripartire di fatto togliendo la corrente generale. Anche la seconda sera è successo, come la sera prima: freddo in casa e, soprattutto, non c’era più neanche l’acqua calda. Chiamo il nr di emergenza e mi sento dire - in modo scortese - che se la temperatura raggiunge un certo limite la caldaia si spegne e poi riparte quando la temperatura si abbassa. E che al mattino c’erano 24 gradi in casa!!!! Eh no, signori miei!!! Se così fosse, io dovrei avere l’acqua calda e alle 20:15 di sera (faceva molto freddo a Siena!) non possono esserci 18 gradi in casa. Capisco tutto anche che era Martedì grasso! E comunque io ho fatto come la persona che era venuta la sera prima: ho tolto la corrente e l’ho fatta ripartire! Il giorno dopo, su mia segnalazione, le signore delle pulizie (gentilissime!) hanno preso atto anche del non funzionamento della presa in cucina dove c’erano microonde e bollitore. Ecco: forse un check prima di dare le chiavi? Da ultimo: lasciare a disposizione le istruzioni per usare gli elettrodomestici non guasterebbe.
