It was a great stay! We chose the half board which was good, as we were tired to go out for a dinner. The view from the balcony was amazing and we enjoyed a short walk to the water fall a lot.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, perfect for a relaxing stay. The hotel's location is also a big plus—convenient and in a great area to explore. The hotel is in a wonderful location, a short (uphill) walk into town. Our apartment was spacious with plenty of wardrobe space and a really great little kitchen too. Breakfast was very good, lots of choice, but dinner impressed us the most. Every night there were many excellent options and we never left hungry! I recommend half board if you want the ease of not having to go out for dinner. The wellness area was well kept and had great sauna/steamroom options. Overall a 5-star stay in a 4-star hotel!

Family ski holiday in Bad Gastein

Great stay. Nice room and nice breakfast and dinner. Staff service was great. Shuttle bus to ski lift for 3EUR/person. Ski lift is not far away, but a steep uphill with boots and skis. We used the shuttle going to the lifts and walked home. We had half board option which was great. Drinks were not included for dinner, which I am OK with, but even tap water was 3 EUR, which I think should be included at a four star half board option.

Cosy stay in a small apartment.

We are a couple, staying in a cosy apartment with own kitchen. Very comfortable, very good service. We tried the evening buffet - very nice, tasty food and drink, very nice. We asked for and got very good guidance and advice for activities and hiking. We will definitely come back.
