Great place to stay with families

A very clean and well equipped apartment and you can get secure parking (£) for Your rental car. I thing that could have been better - there is no ventilation in the bathrooms and the extractor fans aren’t great. The facilities management must look into that.

Amazing apartment

We had a wonderful high floor apartment with amazing views of the river. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had absolutely everything that you would require plus extras. It’s very contemporary and very high spec. Lots of restaurants and a shopping mall within easy walking distance as is the train station. The airport is very close too. Very easy to get the hop on hop off bus into the old town which is just beautiful. As the apartment is situated in the financial district it was nice to get the contrast with the old town. Can’t wait to go back.

Convinience in the Expo Area

Convenient location from the airport (2) stops on the subway + very close to the sport arena if you’re there for a concert. Modern + clean apartment, friendly staff. Not too many bars/restaurants around. About 10 stops + a line change to get to the city center.

Great location

We found the area brilliant for restaurants etc , quite handy for the metro and the trains (10 min walk) and very reasonably priced. The shopping mall and the arena are in the same area. Abit further on is the Oceanarium which is good value and fabulous. The promenade is a very nice walk to the Vasco degama bridge one way and the Oceanarium the other .

Self catering flat in mint condition

We stayed 4 nights in September. The flat is in a recently built luxury development, and we were on 22nd floor with a spectacular view. It's not very central for sight-seeing but is close to the Oriente train and metro station and there are plenty of buses so this was not a problem. The reception is in a separate building, and the building itself has a concierge. The staff were very helpful. There were two problems: there was a bare minimum of crockery, with only 3 wine glasses for example (for a 4-person flat). There was a dishwasher with an allowance of one tablet per day; but we could not hand wash dishes/cups if we needed to re-use them ,as there was no dishcloth/sponge or kitchen towel. An extra hand towel was supplied when we mentioned this; but the other problem was that the zealous cleaners changed the towels every day and did not always leave the same number for the next day. Everything else worked fine and the room was very comfortable.

Excellent apartment fully fitted

Enjoyed the stay the views of Lisbon Bay are worth the extra cost. I travel a lot and never write a reports as it would take too much of my time but this is an exception.

Amazing

Very modern and high quality furnishings. Beautiful views of the river. Very convenient for shopping dining and train station which are all within walking distance. Daily cleaning of rooms and all linen.

Convenient location, great space & lovely staff

We stayed here for a conference at the FIL. The apartment was just a 7 minute walk away and allowed plenty of space for 2 with kitchen facility and plenty of working space. The staff were excellent and welcoming with daily housekeeping service. The apartment was large and comfortable with super comfy mattressess and great bath / shower rooms. I plan to come again with my family as it is a great location for exploring the area.

Great for business trip, near airport and Myriad

This was a great pick for a business trip as it was five minutes' walk from the Myriad Centre, where I was attending a conference. If you want to be in the heart of the old town, though, this is not the place to be. Very comfortable and well-appointed apartment, with a luxurious finish. This is a serviced apartment, not a hotel, so theres on breakfast or restaurant, mini-bar or room service, but there's a bar almost next door for breakfast and a few restaurants and shops within walking distance. Very close to the airport - cab should be under 10 euros.

Good place, wrong location!

Apartment was comfortable and the staff were very good... however the location map was incorrect when I made the booking which made it difficult to locate the hotel and put me outside where I needed to be. If the map had been correct I would not have booked the apartment

Panoramic Living a most e joyable stay.

Our stay was excellent the apartment was well appointed for cooking our meals and clean up too. Our views were great as we were on the top floor. Anna was our check-in person and she was fantastic. She was very helpful and outgoing and made our stay very enjoyable. I would recommend this hotel for anyone who likes to cook some of their own meals. The loaction was good for us too.

Good room, but finding the Hotel was confusing

The room was good. Very sleek and modern. To call Panoramic Living a hotel is a little confusing. They apparently own units in this highrise and are offering them as hotel rooms while looking to sell them. It works fine, but I was confused to show up looking for a hotel. The "front desk" is a nice young person sitting at a table in the lobby with a laptop. I walked around a bit before finding them.
