The only issue I had at check-in was the fact the hotel was refurbishing the reception and this was not notified until the day before arriving even though the refurb had been active for many weeks. Otherwise the hotel was perfect- 10/10 for Location, Staff, and the room. We will return to the hotel and I would recommend it to friends.

The team were excellent with helping during the check-in process with regard to parking, the €3 Zone C driving charge, restaurant recommendations (Replay was really close and nice). It was well worth staying here for being in the heart of the city, walking distance from the Duomo. Thank you for helping with a really memorable stay for me and my family.

Great room spoiled by works noise outside. Refrigerator very small (a mini bar) so no good fort self catering. Hob and sink also too small to use effectively so rather awkward. Bin also too small so a lot of overspill. Service did not replace bedsheets over 3 days

Great stay!

The hotel was great! They allowed us to check in early and looked after our bags after check out. The staff were very accommodating and would sort out taxi’s for us! The hotel is lovely, clean and modern. The location of this hotel is perfect for a trip to Milan!

Excellent hotel in a very central location. Quick walk to the main area in Milan. Room was very spacious and modern. Staff were super friendly and helpful. The room could be noisy at times if other guests were using their shower or flushing toilet but not major.

Great location. perfect for families. Hotel has many little details that make you feel welcomed. Free chocolate, tea and coffee. Very clean. Close to all monuments and restaurants. Also, parking nearby. The only thing they need to fix are the windows. You can hear all the street noise in the morning and it wakes you up early. Good thing, there are no bars there at night, so it's quite.
