The location of this property is fantastic, however the cleanliness and overall condition of the property was horrible. For the price we paid, it was very disappointing to see the state of the apartment. It was the only thing holding the property back from a 5 star review

The room was great but we received an email on the day saying we needed to call to confirm parking but also that you couldn’t reserve parking in the day. Also the app you need to download for the key used a lot of battery for some reason. Nice but not super easy experience.

It was a fantastic stay with DFZ, I was well notified in advance for all the info. that I needed and staffs responded my email enquiries promptly. Located in a quiet environment yet walkable distance to shops, restaurant and public transportation. Highly recommended!

check in process is not great and please ensure you have a smart phone for the entry Key APP. Property is near new and walkable to many of the local attractions and restaurants. Parking options are very poor and we received one fine during our stay.

Very happy with quality of apartment .Well equipped ,and comfortable bed and couch .2 x TVs .Great location walk to everything .Interesting shops and eateries . Dislikes; digital key did not work well on apt door .Not enough data coverage inside building .Took several goes before opening.Advertised parking then said couldnt fit my standard Mazda 6 in bays .A/C remote did not work at all even with new batteries .Had to switch on at wall unit.

great stay however communication between the employees and the cleaners must be better, elevator wasn’t working and was told a cleaner would be coming down waited 20 minutes still no one so i rang again to be told she is only just replying and coming now than another 10 minutes i rang again and was told they would send someone down now??? pretty poor but overall the stay was lovely

Very difficult check in for international visitor without an Aussie phone number! All digital keys which dont always work well. Very frustrating! Also, unaware that construction was going on just behind the building. Noisy from 7am. Otherwise, good location and lovely apartment.
