Everyone who worked there was a delight, especially the bartender who really made us feel at home. Great location. The pool reservation system is a bit annoying and the pool could be warmer.

We stayed in the apartments which were immaculate when we arrived and we had access to all the hotel facilities if needed. We had breakfast most mornings for 15 euros a day which was very good with a good selection on offer. Also unlimited buffet offer so very good value all in all. About 100m to the Campionoi lift but there are lockers at the lift if you don't want to walk up and down every day with skis and boots. We didn't use it so not sure how much that was but I think it was about 10 euros a day with room for more than one set of skis and boots. I didn't have any issue with carrying my gear every day though and the locker rooms in the apartments were big so it wasn't cramped in there at all.

It was great to have separate bedrooms for ourselves and our teenage daughter. Apartment was really spacious and well appointed. Wrap around balcony was a real treat. Cooking facilities were a bit limited but perfectly adequate for breakfast and snacks. More benches in the ski depot would have been a bonus as there was rarely anywhere to sit down. Hotel staff were excellent and spoke brilliant English. Our arriving flight was really early but the staff got our room ready early and we felt it was no trouble at all
