Everything you’d want! Cheap and cheerful all inclusive with actual decent food and variety! Pool area lovely rooms spacious and clean. Entertainment looked fun and thought out plus day time activities. Staff friendly and welcoming - would stay again and recommend but you need a car to get around!

We had a lovely holiday. We particularly liked the quieter pool area and the beach near by. Staff was helpfull and rooms was bigger than expected. One thing that let the experience down was the dining. Plates and glasses were dirty and restaurant feelt more like a school canteen. We payed for all inclusive but opted to eat out a few meals to have a over all better experience. If they sort food quality and cleanliness in restaurants it would be much better. Over all oki.

A very nice complex with excellent staff and service and it is kept clean and tidy. The food and dining was good but it did deteriorate a little towards the end of our week as it got closer to the hotel closing at the end of the season.

Such a beautiful property. Quiet and clean. Bed SO comfortable. Shower SO good! The hotel is great! Food was good. Staffs are very friendly. Entertainment was nice too. Highly recommend! I think the hotel is suitable for adults than kids. Because the area is very quiet and I love it!

We have found coca roach in the room when we arrived on the first day. The room was a bit stinky, like in an old house. Furniture was quite outdated, however bed was fine. Breakfast ok, nothing special. Hotel is quite far from the most beautiful areas of the island. Beach in the village is very small and not organized.

Juat spent the day due to a late flight. Property clean and well kept. Pool area looked great. Kids areas qnd play rooms needed some maintenance and attention. Sofa bed in room not comfy. And only 2 cups in the room

Very nice outdoor area with plenty of pools and chairs to relax.. HOWEVER, in terms of cleanliness : OMG!! The Floor was sticky and dirty, the room smells, the sofa smells as well … not happy with that! A part from that, plenty of food for breakfast, friendly staff, and good location …

Canutells break

Booked room only, but option to upgrade to breakfast or All inclusive, check in was very easy & straightforward. Room was spacious and and clean, there were a few ants on the floor near the window but nothing to worry about. I had a room without a balcony, and the air conditioner was not working, as I was only staying a few days it didn’t bother me.

Has potential but average property and needs TLC. Food was really disappointing and even though you don't expect high level cuisine from an all-inclusive, it was really on the poor side with basic options mostly overcooked or re-used. Housekeeping only came once and we were told we would be charged to refresh/change the pools towels. We asked for this once during an 1 week stay and thought this was a particular stingy policy. All in all, average hotel, location, food. Staff was friendly, nice as always.

Sehr nettes und engagiertes Personal Immer sehr viel Auswahl an Essen, Geschirr war nicht immer ganz sauber Pools waren sehr angenehm, haben auch zu jeder Tageszeit eine Liege bekommen, egal ob Sonne oder Schatten Weg zum Strand war auch nicht weit Insgesamt war es ein sehr schöner Urlaub

Gastronomisches Angebot ausgiebig und vielfältig. Apartments groß, sauber, ruhig. Die Umgebung war sehr schön, mit einer schönen Natur, nahegelegener Bucht auch geeignet zum schwimmen und schnorcheln. Falls ein Interesse an der Erkundung der Insel besteht, würde ich weiteren Besuchern einen Mietwagen sehr ans Herz legen.

Super sejour comme en juin 2024. Tres bon accueil, equipe au top, residence au calme, animations pour enfants, piscines super et petite crique a 5mn où il n'y a jamais personne. On reviendra en 2026 !
