We had a studio unit on the sixth floor with views over Kings Beach. The unit was clean and comfortable, with a small but well equipped kitchenette (sink, microwave, toaster, kettle). The generous welcome hamper was an unexpected bonus.

Property was amazing! Been 10 odd years since we were there last and it still lives up to its good memories. In close walking distance to everywhere! Staff are lovely and the property was nice and clean. Fairly priced as well Only complaint would be the bed sheets, the quilt was wrapped with 2 flat sheets and made it awkward to stay warm at night. Other than that, will definetely be coming back!

The location was good. Great outlook over the ocean. The room is in need of refurbishment. The carpet is threadbear in places. The bathroom sliding door is hard to use. The folding door of the laundry needs replacing.

Location is great and view amazing but room’s definitely need work. In the second room with two single beds there was dust stuck all over the roof. The overall cleanliness was not great felt like I had to keep shoes on the entire time. Lamp in lounge and on veranda did not work.

Great stay except

Everything was great except 2 things. 1) The hair dryer in the bathroom had serious damage and exposed wires which sparked and was located next to the sink. Serious safety issue that could have resulted in an injury. These should be checked prior to allowing guests entry and any safety issues resolved. Would assume some type of cleaning check list with a call to maintenance to resolve any outstanding issues. I advised the front desk who had the issue resolved but could have resulted in an electric shock. 2) TV remote was not present and could not use the TV for a day/night.
