Staff at check in were very friendly and check in was quick. Rooms clean, superior 1 bedroom apt was spacious, only problem probably needed a lick of paint to refresh and bathroom floor tiles needed refreshing. Only downside was trees in front of balcony, thought probably incorrectly that superior apt would have had a pool view at least, otherwise can't fault it.

Lovely!

Really lovely. The apartment was large, plenty of space and storage. It’s about 1.5ks outside broad beach. It’s not ultra modern but it’s clean, comfortable and extremely good value for money. The kids loved loved the indoor pool when the weather was not good. Reception was friendly and helpful and sorted out an error on behalf of hotels.com. We would stay there again.

ideal location.

A lovely hotel and ideal for a family. Situated a few minutes from the beach and Florida Gardens Tramline. Desk staff helpful in finding out on whats in the area and local amenities. I would recommend Marrakesh Apartments.

Exceptional holiday apartments in convenient locat

We had seen the outside of this building when we stayed at a nearby apartment block last year and really liked the look of it. We were not disappointed, we were greeted by friendly staff on arrival and our apartment was well appointed and in good condition. The entrance hall and outside facilities are of a high standard and well maintained. Highly recommended.

Excellent Stay even for long Stays

We did our research and because of the long stay we was doing so we visted the property before we booked. Steph was excellent answering our questions and so profesional. So much so we are here for 5 more weeks which is two bookings. The residents that are here are so lovely and helpful to short stay residents. Its a must to book. We love the pool and the cafe on site .

First time stay - mum and daughter. Property a bit older than some of the others we stay at but spotlessly clean, well looked after and offers secure parking. Easy walk to the patrolled beach and dining options. Pool was lovely and so nice to have the outdoor spa for when it got a little colder. Room was just 1 bedroom and for us it was a bit small in terms of the bedroom and bathroom but spacious lounge and loved the balcony. Had a table and chairs and a lounger. Foxtel provided which was great for down time. Aircon worked well for main part but perhaps didn’t reach into the bedroom as much we would like. Fully equipped kitchen. Bright and comfortable apartment and we really felt at home there. Very friendly staff and residents quite happy to stop for a chat. We would stay again.

The apartment and grounds were beautiful. We were very disappointed that there was no air conditioning in the bedroom only in the living area. It was very warm and made sleeping difficult. Also there was only one roll of toilet paper and we ran out on our last day. Could have been a few more supplies like salt and pepper and more sugar and definitely more toilet paper. As a tourist I don’t expect to have to go buy all my basics for my stay. Thank you

We all thoroughly enjoyed our 7 night family holiday at Marrakesh. Location and comfort were great with room cleanliness on arrival our only concern. A female hygiene pad wrapper in the bedroom drawers and a dirty kids sock on the floor of the cupboard was a little disappointing. None of this bothered us and would definitely stay again.

The room was aged and was not clean enough. Many of the places were full of dust and the bed was itchy. No refill on the toilette and the apartment did not provide washing detergent (even though Expedia mentioned that the apartment would provide all these items). The inner part of the kettle turned black already and I think nobody would like to use it to boil water. The staff did not respond to any of our requests for the whole stay. I had to buy bath gel, shampoo, water, and washing detergent on my own.
