The most horrible hotel in dubai and they cheated me and didn’t give me my refund for 1 night and cleaning was so bad And the refused to give me the complimentary water .. the receptionist hang up the phone while talking and complaining to them

I didn't like how room smelled like mold, shower sucked water was only hot like 5 mins shower had no way of closing so water was getting over the floor, went down to the night club the charged 400 dirhams ($108 US)for 2 shots of whiskey nd a Coke

I can say Overall this hotel was okay but never order food it will make you sick. One of the worse service and food I have ever seen and received. I wish here I can attach pictures of those food so you guys would see what kind of service they provide.

There was nothing to like about this propoerty as upon arrival and presentation of the Expedia voucher I was told the there was no booking and was refused a room. They tried to contact expedia but could not ring an international number. I'll be asking for a full refund.

Was upgraded to a suite which was first appreciated but upon seeing the room I realized that it wasn’t anything special. Electrical problem, dirty carpet, floors in the bathroom, water pressure, worn out furniture are just a few problems. The staff were nice and friendly, but that wouldn’t compromise the lack of comfort in the room. Wouldn’t stay there even if I was paid for it.

CAUTION! DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL. They run a club inside of it which isn’t bad it you’re an adult but as soon as you walk inside the area is filled with smoke and the smell of cigarettes. They hotel room stinks terribly and have mold inside of the vents. Don’t let those pictures fool you this hotels is a disaster.
