We had a great apartment which was clean, spacious, and well equipped. The hotel is well located, and has several swimming pools, super gardens and very friendly staff. Our special thanks to Michalis in the restaurant, who used to look after our special dietary requirements and brought fresh pies to our table every breakfast time. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for accommodation in this area.

I wish reservation department was more focus putting the reservation in the system correctly. Tourist do not need minus heart attacks from the reception until the correct booking is establish. Contact with the suppliers before guest's arrivals and clarify things. Hotel after renovation is excellent as a building. I will keep coming.

It would have been fine for third/half the price. Lots of problems in the room wihch were partly sorted out. I understand it is supply and demand but for the cost I woudl expext it to be much nigher standard.

Leider hat es keine Rampe oder ähnliches um den Koffer ins Hotel zu bringen. Man muss diesen die Treppe hochtragen. Der Eingang des Hotels sieht nicht einladend aus, das Hotel und Zimmer an sich war jedoch sehr schön.

Avkopplande parvistelse.

Hotellet väldigt bra och trevligt omgivningen blandat gatan man skulle parkera hyrbilen på var mörk smutsig och väldigt dåligt skick vi kom sent och det var så mörkt att vi hade problem att hitta in på anläggningen Men väl inne på plats blev vi väl mottagna.

Loved the amout of space for 4 people in the same room, very clean, close to resturants and shops. Great customer service. Everyone was so nice. Depending on what you plan to do on crete. You will probaly need a rental car if leaving the area of the hotel. Also, about 1 hour dive to next major city in crete. If you want to stay away from crowds this is the place to stay.
