Very nice for a self catering stay. About 10 minute walk to town centre. Grocery store and a bakery just opposite of property. Has EV charging points. Quick and easy drive to Festspielhaus.

Good spacious apartments for longer stays

This hotel is a good choice when you want to have a bit more space and prepare your own meals some of the time. It is quiet and there is a bus stop with a half hourly service right outside. There are a supermarket and a bakery and butcher a short walk away. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are bright with big windows. The staff are all super friendly and helpful. The kitchen has most essentials and even a small dishwasher, although the cupboards seem to be for very tall people. I am of average height and could not reach the plates on the top shelf without standing on a chair. Overall a very good place to stay.

Excellent hotel, but in non-convenient local.

Hotel is very good, room is spacious and with small kitchen. Very convenient if you would like to have breakfast in the room and cook small dishes. Only neg, point: Road in front of hotel was in maintenance, re-asphalting, therefore the bus stop (which is one and half blocks away normally) was closed and I had to walk to nearest one, 4 blocks-14 mins distance. Public transports works well but other only option: taxis are bit expensive.

Was in town for 3 operas. Good taxi service to the opera house. Had to walk back 3k but only a problem on one night as it was raining. Enjoyed the walk other nights. Good location for other museums. 25min walk into town. Good size room.

Worth a return visit.

Zu zweit hat uns die Unterkunft sehr gut gefallen. Das Zimmer war ausreichend groß und das Bett bequem. Die Küchenecke haben wir nicht genutzt, aber es sah völlig in Ordnung aus, sogar mit kleinem Geschirrspüler. Es war sehr sauber und wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt.

Unglaublich! Mega! Wir sind sehr viel in Deutschland unterwegs und selten so ein bequemes, sauberes und smartes Hotel gesehen wie das Apart Hotel FirstBoarding Bayreuth. Man hat direkt einen Bäcker und Lidl gegenüber. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber! Die Küchenzeile ist mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Teller, Gläser, ausreichend Besteck, Töpfe… . Vielen Dank und bis bald.

Zimmer trotz defekter Heizung vermietet

Draußen waren -8°C und die Heizung (Klimaanlage) ging nicht. Ein Hinweis bei der Rezeption am Morgen brachte leider nichts und auch für einen Heizlüfter oder ähnliches wurde nicht gesorgt. Stattdessen erfuhr ich, dass das Problem bereits seit Wochen bekannt ist und scheinbar nicht nur das eine Zimmer betrifft. Man könnte hier also Vorsatz unterstellen. Nachts wurde es zudem extrem laut. Vermutlich drehten die Generatoren der Klimaanlage auf dem Dach hoch. Es war ein wenig so, als würde man versuchen neben einer Waschmaschine zu schlafen, die durchgehend im Schleuderprogramm läuft. Ich war vorher ein totaler Fan von diesem Hotel und habe es unter meinen Kollegen weiterempfohlen aber diese zwei Nächte waren leider sehr abschreckend...

Enjoyed my stay

The stay was amazing the room was nice , the only thing I would say is that the stay over service should be given every day, and it did not have breakfast and coffee should be free in the lobby area, every hotel I have ever stayed at gives free coffee. You should consider giving free breakfast or have some available for customers if nothing else I’d pay for it. But of course free is better
