What i liked was the locations in the heart of Launceston, Close to cafe's, bars and shops and a great weekend market. Room was a very simple layout great size bedroom, lounge and kitchen area all separate. And i loved the bath and on arrival staff warm welcome. One thing ask for a room at back of hotel i had a roim room close to street can be a little noisy. Otherwise i would stay here again.

Great Location and Service, But Tired Facilities

I had a fine experience overall. The service was friendly, and I appreciated the ease of the late check-in. The location is convenient, but the facility is a bit tired, and the mattress in my room felt like it was nearing the end of its life. With some updates, this could be a much more comfortable stay.

Fabulous location. Short walking distance to festivale and shops. Excellent coffee and food at multiple cafes and restaurants close by. Generous sized rooms. Lovely new kitchens but carpets could do with an update, would make a big difference.
