We chose this hotel due to the pool, however on arrival we were told we had to wear a swimming cap in the pool. This was not communicated anywhere (web, booking info or hotels .com, despite management stating it was clearly communicated. Who wears a swimming cap in 38 degrees? Very poor and a waste of money as we did not use the pool at all in the end..

The property is extremely well maintained and the apartment was spotlessly clean. The pool is beautifully kept and peaceful. Apartments are walking distance to the sea. However we had an apartment on the 1st floor and had no view. We were expecting to have a nice view from our balcony.

Brilliant.

Overall very happy with the property and the service provided. We stayed in two different apartments during our stay, the second apartment was expensive but less nicer than the first one! Service was excellent especially one gentleman helped me paying my parking ticket I revived in La Spezia, he literally spend at Least 15-20 minutes to help me paying the fine. Swimming po was nice, property was clean and excellent. Solid 5-Star from us. Thanks

I have booked two ned room apartment which is apparently one big bedroom split in 2 so wasn't v happy with the layout. Box room with a single bed. Another very important bit TOILET WAS A LET DOWN VERY SMALL FOR 5 PEOPLE. SERVICE WAS GOOD.

Great appartment and pool but let down by undesirable location. Not unsafe but just not particularly attractive. Lady at check in was very efficient and helpful.

A very pleasant two weeks

I stayed here and worked on a laptop with a VPN connection to the UK while my family had a lovely break. The wifi was good, although it took me a while to find the best area in the room. The room was spotless when we arrived. We had a lovely sea view from our balcony and could see the ships coming and going. We had air-con too, which was a real bonus. If I could say three drawbacks, it would be that the pool could open earlier, to allow lappers to get some early morning swims in, that the kitchen may need an oven (you get a hob and a combi microwave) and an on-site gym would have been nice, but there is plenty locally. So, a good stay.

Comfortable and relaxing

Lovely apartment, good location for day trip into Pisa. Enjoyed relaxing by the pool. A couple of good local restaurants and supermarket but not too much within walking distance. Beach was made up of rock pools. Apartment comfortable and clean but the lack of fire alarms was concerning.

Very clean apartment with secure parking

rather off putting approach and entrance and a very noisy location due to proximity of railway and road but a large and modern apartment at a great price with very helpful and welcoming staff
