Excellent Services from Matt & Yasu

Excellent services provided by Matt and Yasu. Great and thorough orientation by both of them during check-in and both went through extra mile to ensure that we had a great stay even though the location is a bit far from the nearest train station.

4歳1歳の子どもと家族4人で利用しました。別荘のような素敵な空間。 フラノマルシェで夕食用におにぎりやお弁当をテイクアウトし、次の日の朝食用にパンも購入。 お店やホテルでのビュッフェも、大好きですが子ども達を連れてだと周りを気にしながらになります。別荘でゆっくり食べられて良かったです。 また、部屋がいくつかあるので子ども達が寝たあとに夫婦でゆっくりお酒を飲みながら過ごせました。 これもホテルで4人一室ではできないこと。 また利用したいです。 フロントの方も大変親切でした。ありがとうございます！
朝ごはんは十勝産100%の食パンと、富良野ジャムで。トースターもありました。

Awesome stay. The place is nice, big, cosy, clean. Apple TV, Netflix is available to entertain anybody. The General Manager is super friendly and helpful. He speaks English and is always willing to advise on anything.
