Apartment is in a great location with the added bonus of secure parking. Our room was not the cleanest. Stains on bedding and dirt under the beds on the floor. I used the sweeping brush provided. Beds were very hard but ok to sleep for 2 nights. Fridge in the room a little noisy at night. Overall good value for money.

Cool stay near la cité du vin

Nice aparthotel near la cité du vin. Interesting location. Apparently I got an complimentary upgrade and the room was really spacious. Reception service was basic and austere. Be careful: there’s no cleaning service/ towel change except if you pay extra for it. All in all it could be a bit cheaper for what it offers, but given that it was in a period of high demand, price was reasonable.

J'aime l'appartement hôtel teneo donc c'est naturellement que j'ai réservé pour la 2nd fois chez eux. Sauf que c'est la première fois que je prends une chambre familiale. Il n'y avait pas d'éponge pour faire la vaisselle, beaucoup de poussière dans l'appartement, les fenêtres n'arrivent pas à rester ouvertes , odeur forte en entrant dans le logement, odeur de remontées de canalisation tout au long du séjour (désagréable pour mes enfants et moi), un des deux ventilateurs cassés. Salle de bain vétuste et traces de vieillissement malgré une probable rénovation. Je tiens tout de même à remercier le personnel d'accueil d'avoir pu me restituer la chambre un peu plus tôt que prévu car j'attendais désespérément 15h dans le hall d'entrée avec mes enfants fatigués du voyage.
