Perfect stay at Theanna which is situated on the Main Street in Canggu. We either walked or used the free hotel shuttle to the centre. Fantastic place to stay

I would make the entrance more visible as it truly is a hidden gem. But i didn’t like the fact that when I asked to extend you were hitting rates of 1.9m at me when I paid nothing close to that before. Customers are there to be maintained - not just to win a little more money out of if they are showing loyalty to them

We had a wonderful stay, very sad to leave. We loved our room, our pool in aine room had good sun during the day. Breakfast was great and service was one of the best we've ever had. The shuttle service around Canggu was really excellent too. Really recommend the place.

Wow. Simply excellent.

This place is great and I unequivocally recommend it. The service is warm, kind and impeccable. The villas are marvellous, spacious, and wonderfully designed: a personal pool is a real pleasure! I was so happy here! Breakfast is great too. What meets you at the bottom of what looks like a blind alley off a non-discript street is a really wonderful surprise. A big thank you to all the staff here who were so wonderful - a warm smile and hello from everyone, every day. The location is off a busy road, but you'd never know it once you get in. The single drawback is that the property is about a 25 minute walk down a busy noisy road from the beachfront and "centre" of changgu. However, there are loads of neat shops and restaurants along the route, and the hotel provides a 24 hour shuttle service within a limited radius that you can call upon anytime by pinging them a What'sApp - which shortens the distance considerably.

Great service but rooms probably let it down a bit

The pool villas are very nice, although the pool is too small to actually swim in, but they have a larger public pool for that. The bedrooms are very modern in style, but also makes it feel a little cold, as the colour design is red and white, plus pillows are foam and bed has a wooden surround, which guarantees you will at least bang your toe or leg at least once during your stay. Service is very good, couldn't fault that, and breakfast was very good too.They offer a free shuttle to the surrounding area as it is locate at the fair end of the main strip in Canggu, so a little too far to walk and at night is borderline dangerous as there are no pavements, and little lighting in places. They have a spa, but very very expensive so didn't use it. We never had dinner in the hotel, mainly as there are so many good options in the local area, but also it lacked any atmosphere everytime we popped to the bar for a drink we were pretty much the only ones there. All in all a nice place, for couples and would stay again

그냥 진짜 좋아요 숙소내부도 완벽하고 저녁에는 모기향 피워준다고 방문하고 방도 계속 치워주고 엄청 친절하고 숙소 자체도 더럽다고 생각되는곳 일도 없었고 수영장도 아침마다 물이 정화되는지 깨끗했고 시내로 가는 셔틀도 많고 시내안에 있어서 어디든 가기도 편하고 직원도 엄청 친절해요 왠만한 비싼곳 보다 가격대비 진짜 500프로 만족할듯요

Very ambient hotel. Friendly service and Communication worked smootly via whatsap. We got upgrated cause there was some maintenance im the room we had paid for. Best hotel room i have ever stayed in. Breakfast was decent. Ordered pasta bolognese and avokado wrap from the restaurant, those was not good.. Gym was very unadequate. Not even treadmill. Couple small dumbbells. If you have gym at least equip it properly.

I stayed at this property with my wife and 3 yr old daughter. Although I was in Canggu during the busy season, Theanna provided us the comfort and amenities we needed. The staff was excellent and attentive to our needs and really went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. Everything at the restaurant was delicious and my daughter was always welcomed with smiles every morning for breakfast. Theanna is a tranquil reprieve from the hustle and bustle of the city.

Family holiday

We had a wonderful stay at the resort. The villa we were in was very clean and well appointed. The service was fantastic and the staff were all so friendly and welcoming. Special thanks to Dika who was so helpful. Will come back again.
