Beautiful apartment, very friendly, helpful staff.

Host was amazing, friendly and very helpful. Apartment was beautiful and super clean. Location great, but we didn’t sleep all 3 nights as there was loud music outside until 2/3am with doors slamming every half an hour and we could hear people talking outside. Location is great party people maybe but not for families. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable:((

Location is fantastic - easy to walk or cycle everywhere. Great modern apartment in a lovely old building. Hosts are really helpful and welcoming. Bike hire next door and small supermarket a couple of doors away to make self catering very easy.

We really enjoyed our stay in Casa Cosy apartment. The location was fantastic and walking distance to everywhere in the old city. The apartment was very modern and clean and street noise could not be heard as the apartment is at the back of the building, although in the morning you could hear the other tenants coming down the stairs. Rooms were quite dark, but the lighting was good and in summer months this will be ideal as it will make the place a lot cooler. Lot of information was given by the owner Koen and there was a file there as well with local info. We just walked from Alameda station through the park to reach the apartment, which just took about 20 minutes. A nice touch was the bottle of Cava left for us and some butter/ marmelade/tea and coffee.Definitely would recommend this place.

The apartment was very clean and modern nicely decorated but no verander. Good equiped kitchen with dish washer but no washing machine. Excellent bathroom with walk in shower. Unfortunately had to climb a couple of flight of stairs to get to apartment as there was no lift. Main corridor area to apartment in need of serious decoration.

We felt very welcomed by Koen who is lovely and very helpful. The location is perfect and the street is lively but inside the apartment was very quiet. Would love to stay again!!!

Very nice apartment in a great location

It is a spacious apartment in a great location in the Old Town. Very close to the main sights and near to many bars and restaurants. It has everything you need to make your stay comfortable. Metro is about 10 minutes walk. Would stay there again if we come back to Valencia!

We had a small issue with the heater and the owner reacted quickly. He was very helpful. I can recommend this appartment, but don't expect a nice view, because there are no windows. This was not a problem for me personally.

The apartment was very clean and excellent location. Very good communication from our host. The only problem was the apartment was very noisy. The upstairs neighbors talked and argued until 1 am every day and you could hear them walking around and opening and closing closet doors. The hallways echoed and you could hear everyone coming and going at all hours slamming their doors. It’s a shame because everything else was great.

Ottima pulizia e posizione tattica perché in centro e comodo per utilizzare i mezzi pubblici. Silenzioso nonostante la via molto frequentata. Materassi e cuscini comodi. Cucina attrezzata molto bene per cucinare in casa. Ottimo il servizio deposito bagagli molto gradito. Noleggio bici sotto casa. Perfetto!!!

Koen was a great host ! Great communication through WhatsApp. The apartment was spotless and even a bottle of Cava for us in fridge ! Apartment had everything we needed for our weeks stay . Kitchen was modern and all dishes , pots etc included as well as dishwasher ! Location of apartment was superb ! Right in historic Center ! Fruit market , grocer , cafes , shops - right outside the front door . And walkable to all tourist attractions! Highly recommend this apartment !

In hartje van het oude centrum. Alles op loopafstand. Bakker en winkels zeer dichtbij, fietsverhuur naast het pand. Het appartement was zeer schoon en de Vlaamse eigenaar communiceert snel en vriendelijk. Door een geannuleerde vlucht konden we gelukkig nog een nacht blijven. Eigenaar dacht hierin goed mee. Appartement zelf was zeer ruim en netjes. Een echte aanrader om vanuit hier Valencia te verkennen.

Apartamento, limpio, cómodo y silencioso

Esta ha sido mi experiencia en un apartamento standard para 4 personas, dos de ellas adolescentes: Positivo: - El apartamento estaba muy limpio y en buenas condiciones. - Silencioso, camas cómodas, se dormía muy bien. - Baño amplio, reformado, con buena grifería y agua caliente. - Cocina en muy buen estado y con todo lo necesario para cocinar, desayunar, comer o cenar. Negativo: - Poco espacio para comer, no hay mesa de comedor, sólo una barra americana. Perfecto si solo se va a hacer uso de la cocina para desayunar, pero si se quiere comer o cenar cuatro personas no es tan cómodo. - La sala de estar es un poco oscura y la señal de la TV se va continuamente. Para mí no es un problema ya que no suelo encenderla pero si vas con niños o adolescentes puede ser a tener en cuenta. Conclusión: Si buscas un apartamento para descansar tras estar por la ciudad todo el día es perfecto, ya que es limpio, nuevo, silencioso y céntrico. Si por lo contrario piensas estar más tiempo en el apartamento puede ser un poco oscuro.

Schöne Unterkunft in sehr guter Lage zum Zentrum, Geschäften und Restaurants/Bars Zudem einfach durch das Tor der Türme in den Fluss (Park) und hier auf der einen Seite bis zum Zoo oder auf der anderen Seite bis zum Ozeanum per Fuß alles in einem sehr tollen Park laufen zu können. Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber sehr freundlich und immer zeitnah geantwortet.

Il proprietario è fantastico, molto disponibile e attento ad ogni tua esigenza. Ho viaggiato con la famiglia. L’appartamento è pulito e in pieno centro. Accanto c’è un negozio di noleggio bici e supermercato. Ottimo. Lo consiglio vivamente.
