The hotel is super clean and well maintained. The location is also very central with multiple areas of interest within walking distance and a nearby metro station. The staff were the highlight of our stay though; they've been so so friendly, welcoming, and helpful, and they just made our stay at the property perfect! Definitely recommended!

Comfortable and Peaceful.

I enjoyed my stay at this Hotel. The environment was very much quiet and peaceful. The room was very comfortable, very clean and well-lighted. Also, the hotel is very closed to the main shopping street, theatres, and many restaurants. I would surely stay at this hotel again. I highly recommend it.

Four days in Madrid.

Quiet and handy location near Plaza de Espana metro and two minutes walk from tour bus. El Corte Ingles department store nearby on Calle Princesa with a good restaurant and basement supermarket. Also hotel air conditioned which we liked as temperature was high thirties.

Nesrly perfect.

Quality friendly staff, very clean, quite spacious, with all you need, fantastic location, if any little criticism, no kettle, no English tv channels and air conditioning doesn’t go below 20, we were in a heatwave. Would stay again no question.
