Just staying one night as we arrived in Madrid to catch a flight but this was a great hotel, clean, good breakfast and helpful staff. It is also in a good location within walking distance to Gran Via and not too far from Plaza Mayor.

Amazing place. All the staff went beyond their ways to help us out. Even packed a breakfast for us when we were leaving early. There was a damp problem in the room we were. The room was having a musty smell whenever we went in and it will go away either after opening the window or starting the AC

We had a problem with the registration that was later solved after wanting to talk to the desk supervisor. The person in charge of checking during the day was not a people person nor did he want to solve the problem that we had with noise. Other than that, our stay was delightful, quiet with a delicious breakfast and just the way we remembered from our last stay in 2017. we will most probably continue to come to Suites Viena.

Pros: The staff were friendly and helpful. Good buffet breakfast. You can store your food in the mini-bar fridge. Microwave oven in the room. No carpet in the room. Several supermarkets and convenience stores are nearby, such as Carrefour express. Furniture: Two hard chairs plus a table. Small square table for phone. Two bed-side tables. Big yellow cushioned chair. Cons: No facial tissue was provided. No sofa. No dish rack in the kitchen. 2 elevators that are not coordinated, so many guests press both buttons, which slows down the elevator service. Shower temperature is difficult to adjust. There is no shower door, so water tends to get sprayed onto the floor. The dishes in the cafeteria are not entirely clean. They need to be soaked before being washed. Despite it's shortcomings, I would stay in this hotel again.

This hotel is located just a few meters away from Plaza de España, making it extremely convenient for those visiting Madrid as tourists, for business, or attending events. The rooms are comfortable and welcoming, with daily cleaning service and very friendly staff. Regarding the breakfast, I believe it is unparalleled. My wife and I travel quite frequently for business, and I must say that even in the best hotels of large chains, while the breakfast is plentiful, it's not made with love. In this hotel, for breakfast, you can enjoy both the typical Spanish specialties (which are very good) and the classic English breakfast or any other type of sweet or savory breakfast. The ladies in charge of breakfast are absolutely fantastic and make you feel at home with hugs and 'cuddles' that we have never found anywhere else. At the reception, all the staff are very amiable and polite. An important note, on my birthday, they left me a greeting card and a gift that I really appreciated and left me speechless."
