Simple rooms, great for a basic stay. No aircon, but rooms are sufficient. The area is a little out of the city but still walkable around 30-35 mins. Safe area and it’s reflective of what you pay. Staff were nice

Good hotel - but needs a little refresh

Fair hotel within walking distance to the town centre. It appears to be going through a bit of a refresh - which is needed as some of the carpets are dirty and worn. Once these items are updated - I think it will be a decent hotel.

Good: Our room is great and kitchen has adequate utensils. Room is clean. Bad: we stayed for 5 days and we only have 4-coffee filters for 3 people at check-in. You have to pay 1ÂŁ each if you need more for the rest of your stay. No hot water for 1-day and toilet just stopped working but staff fixed it right away.

Not the cleanest hotel

Room was not very clean and when requesting a clean up was told its only cleaned once a week , i had to keep requesting clean towels and equipment daily as there was no house keeping

Wir sind von Marriott sehr enttĂ€uscht. Ich hĂ€tte nicht erwartet, dass diese Hotelkette so wenig tierfreundlich ist. Der einzige Grund, warum sie es ĂŒberhaupt erlauben, einen Hund im Zimmer zu haben, scheint zu sein, dass sie die zusĂ€tzlichen GebĂŒhren dafĂŒr einstreichen wollen. Die Unannehmlichkeiten begannen bereits beim Check-in: 10 € fĂŒr das Haustier plus 50 € zusĂ€tzliche ReinigungsgebĂŒhren. Die ExtragebĂŒhren wegen des Hundes kamen fĂŒr uns völlig ĂŒberraschend, da sie weder auf der Website des Hotels noch auf der Seite von Hotels.com erwĂ€hnt wurden. An der Rezeption diskutierten die Mitarbeiter eine ganze Stunde mit uns darĂŒber. Schließlich willigte ich, vor allem wegen unserer Kinder und des Hundes, widerwillig ein. Die 10 € GebĂŒhr war mir bekannt, da ich dachte, diese sei fĂŒr das intensivere Staubsaugen des Raumes gedacht. Schließlich werden die BettbezĂŒge ohnehin nach jedem Gast gewechselt. Unser Hund schlĂ€ft auf dem Boden auf ihrer eigenen Decke , nicht im Bett, und bekommt im Hotel weder Wasser noch Futter. Das Beste war, dass wir unser FrĂŒhstĂŒck an der Rezeption einnehmen mussten, weil wir mit unserem Hund nicht ins Restaurant durften. Unser Hund ist ein kleiner Spitz, wiegt nur 3 kg und ist Ă€ußerst brav und gut erzogen. 😇 Das FrĂŒhstĂŒck selbst war sehr abwechslungsreich.
