Very straightforward and easy weekend stay at this lovely apart-hotel. Spacious and stylish and perfectly clean. Location was good and reasonably central though the road outside was noisy well into the night. Good comms with the management throughout and no problems with access etc. Parking a few mins walk away with Just Park.

Great place to stay in terms of access to the city. It’s near a transportation hub so access to getting places is easy. Great restaurants nearby and an easy walk to the castle, royal mile, etc…. The place was modern in stylings. The flat was on the 3rd floor (there is no lift) which wasn’t really an issue for us and we liked the space and view.

Excellent high end appartment with everything we needed. Easy walk down the street to everything we needed. Quiet nights sleep considering how close it was to the main street. Very secure and safe. Only complaint was that we were not aware how difficult it was to find parking. Ended up a half mile from the appartment but we made the best of it.

I absolutely loved my stay at Destiny Scotland’s Distillers House. The building is stunning, classic Edinburgh charm with modern, stylish interiors. My apartment was spacious, spotless, and beautifully furnished with high ceilings and all the comforts of home, including a full kitchen and washer/dryer. The location couldn’t be better—just a short walk from Haymarket Station and close to major attractions like Princes Street and the Royal Mile, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful. Self-check-in was smooth, and communication with staff was prompt and professional. Everything felt well thought out, from the high-quality linens to the great shower and fully equipped kitchen. Though there’s no elevator, I had no issues with the stairs, but it’s something to keep in mind for those with mobility concerns. Overall, this was the perfect home base for exploring Edinburgh. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, stylish, and convenient place to stay.

We had a fantastic stay at Destiny Scotland - Distillers House. The apartment was spotlessly clean, spacious, and tastefully decorated. The bed was very comfortable, and the kitchen was well-equipped for our needs — ideal for both short and extended stays. One of the biggest advantages is the location: it’s central yet quiet, with easy access to Princes Street, Haymarket, and the West End. Beautiful apartment with modern conveniences. Based in Haymarket, we could walk to delicious restaurants around the block and fun shopping minutes away. Felt very safe, although we always felt safe in Scotland. We would stay here again!

The staff was helpful and the property nice. However, it is on one of the busiest streets in Edinburgh--so, difficult to sleep at night due to the noise. Because of this, we wouldn't stay there again.
