Nice hotel. I was contacted the night before asking what time we would be checking in. It was agreed that we could check in after 1pm. When arrived at 3pm, the lady at reception said that the check in was from 4pm only. So we didn’t feel very welcome and it took ages to check us in as the lady wasn’t sure if our room was ready or not.

The hotel had all we needed to feel at home. We like to cook, and the apartment had a fully equipped kitchen with good quality utensils. The view from the balcony was spectacular, and we could cheerfully have lived there for a long time.. And the pool was great too..

Room and its amenities were great and everything was very clean. Parking was easy. All the staff were super friendly and communication was always quick and easy with them, before and during the stay. We had casually mentioned to one of them that we were on anniversary, and our last day they sent a gift basket for us as a surprise! Would definitely stay here again.

We had the penthouse room 301 and it was fantastic. It was modern, open, clean and bright with ample space. The view was fantastic. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. There are only a couple of walkable food options, but it was worth it. Highly recommend.

Great Grounds/Poor customer support

Though the hotel grounds and apartments were lovely and clean, we didn't feel comfortable or welcomed. At one point were accussed of sharing the hotel pool/hot tub with outside guests and it was not the case at all. Instead of being asked first if it was the ase, it was just assumed without looking at cameras or seeing it for themselves. For that reason we definitely won't use this hotel again. It left a bad taste for us.

Nous avons passé 10 jours dans cet hôtel et vraiment il n’y a rien à dire. En règle générale tout est très cher sur Sao Miguel surtout les établissements , hôtels ou maison. Celui-ci au point de vue rapport qualité prix il y a tout sur place avec la piscine et ça vaut la peine. C’est un hôtel qui est central et nous pouvons en 40 minutes ,plus ou moins ,faire toutes les visites qu’il y a d’un côté ou de l’autre. Si je devais retourner Sao Miguel c’est là que je séjournerai
