This property is located close to transport hubs, supermarket and mall, and is a 12 minute walk to the Old Port. The staff were great and assisted with any request. Great for short or long stay with fridge/freezer, convection microwave and dishwasher.

I stayed at this hotel recently and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. For the price I paid, I feel like I got good value. The location was convenient, close to shops and public transportation, which made getting around really easy. The amenities were decent—nothing too fancy, but everything I needed was there. Wi-Fi worked well, and the bed was surprisingly comfy! The bathroom quite small, but nothing that would ruin the stay. If you're looking for a solid, affordable option without splurging, this hotel is a great choice. I'd definitely consider staying here again.

Location is great. Room very comfortable and clean, but city view has a bit of noise. Very busy street. Close to a Metro station was great even though there are some homeless people around the area. Safety was not a concern. Having a parking on sight was great.

Funky, Friendly, well-equipped room, Great value for money. Easy walk to the Port area for dining, Colorbus (hop on/off) etc. Need GPS to get anywhere in downtown, but this worked out too.

The area is very unsafe. I did not feel safe walking around during the daytime. The property was unclean - I found a hair on one of the pillows. There was a smell to the bedsheets and water. There are barely any amenities. I found it inconvenient that there were no public transportation options to the Marseille-St Charles station.

Pretty perfect

Everything was great, the staff is amazing, so helpful and caring, they offer to keep your luggage before you ask (which is then stored in a secured room, for free). Kitchen in the room has every utensil you might need (I was really impressed). If needed you can work in the lobby, there are regular and USB plugs. Hotel is well located. Only thing to be aware if you're a light sleeper is that the vents on the windows cannot be closed so you do hear street noises as if the windows were slightly open (this is due to French legislation and not the hotel's fault. Will definitely go back next time I'm in Marseille.

Best sleep ever!

Our stay was amazing! This was a stop through my month long Europe trip and my partner and I both slept the absolute best at StayOkay. I slept so well I did not want to leave the room! Convenient location, very walkable and close to many public transportation stops. I was concerned about safety reading some reviews but honestly felt very safe and just stayed aware of my surroundings. Very comfortable stay and would highly recommend.

Great aparthotel in Marseille center

Location is great - just 5 min to the port. The hotel is good as a facility and service. Compared to the most hotels in the area they have very good fitness room. Breakfast is typically French.
