A great find, would stay again!

A great relaxing stay here, the apart-hotel really suited what we needed. Bus service from outside the complex takes you to Redbridge station (for the airport) or to the city centre. The pool and spa were great extras, giving the chance to cool off after a hot day. Accommodation was good, a little tired in places but the rest more than makes up for it. Would stay here again

Great for a short stay, close to the airport. Access to the pool and spa pool. Not much around in the way of restuarants etc. We didn't have a vehicle which was a bit restrictive

The location suited us this visit although we found the house keeping virtually nonexistent. The noise was terrible both inside from other tenants slamming the doors & the outside traffic. We have stopped here previously and not had this problem before.

Comfy bed,plane Noise and damp smelling towel

Receptionist was not welcoming and barked about 2nd towels being under the sink in bathroom. Went back to roomand they stunk of damp... yuk. Road noise livable but was there. Airplane noise was bad. Started about 11pm then died down circa 1am. Then restarted about 5.30am... urrrgghh. Settee in room was soft and so much so it was unusable. Breakfast finished at 9am. Yet check out is 10am... who wants to have to get up so early and then twiddle their fingers for a whole hr. On the plus, it's 5 mins from airport, New Clean carpet and bed was comfy... so overall okay.

Lovely apartments - highly recommend!

On a road trip heading to the Gold Coast and had a great stop over to enjoy the sights of Sydney! Location not a problem if you have a car but a little difficult without one! However, highly recommend.

Nice hotel, close to airport

Great for a short stop gap as close to airport and easy to get to by bus. Room was very clean an well equipped. Good size pool and outdoor area with BBQs. The only thing that was a little disappointing was the breakfast, but it was sufficient. Overall a good stay

Adequate & convenient location for the airport. Poor access to rooms with luggage. Internet access denied for hours & only became available shortly before check out. However, more than adequate continental breakfast which was much appreciated.

Clean and convenient

The room was comfortable and clean. The property is very convenient to the airport and to restaurants. THe pool was nice and clean. There were three issues that brought my rating below five. First, since we were arriving on a late flight (9:00pm) we had to call the property to get the code to retrieve our room keys. As international tourists, we had to borrow a phone from our Uber driver. The second issue was that we had to walk up two flights with our heavy bags. Thirdly, our room faced on the highway, and there was a lot of light coming in the windows.

They room was very dirty, shower and the toilet was very smelly and dirty. Room service did not stock up toilet paper and towels. I think they don’t have room service available in the weekend as well which is not good.

Great location for Airport run. Secure parking and rooms would be ideal for a longer stay. TV needed personal accounts to access any type of decent viewing except youtube. Pool was easy access from the rear door. I would recommend staying here.
