We loved our stay at Posada Colonial Apartments. The apartment was charming and the perfect fit for our family. The hosts were very helpful and responsive. The nearby area has a lot of great restaurants and this location is just a few blocks from the beach. This is a great place to stay when exploring San Juan and the nearby areas.

I stayed five nights in the efficiency single bed unit, it was perfect for a solo trip. Very secure property on a pretty street. Close to restaurants, shops, and the beach. I can’t say enough good things about the owners, specifically how responsive and personable they are.

I absolutely love this property the owners are very kind. The place was so beautiful. I love the bathroom in apartment D. There are many restaurants and coffee shops around the area that is walkable, the beach was close too. I would definitely book again!

Highly recommend. Very clean!! My family of 4 (2 adults 2 teens) fit comfortably. We could walk to alot of places &/or Ubers were easily accessible. Owners are easily accessible & communication was excellent! No complaints!

The host for the place is very kind and warm. She gave us a ride to old San Huan on Sunday when there is not much of buses around and gave us a ride to airport. The place was clean and close to restaurants and walking distance to beach. Communication on how to check into room was easy to follow. After I had checked out I realized I left my phone charger in room….a few texts back and forth I was able to pick up charger a few days later I was very happy that they took the time to look for it and made sure I got it back😊

The owner was extremely inviting, communicated everything in real time. The place was spacious- there is great food one block away. Short walk to the beach. You are in the middle of it all yet easy access to the highways to get to other destinations. I loved it. The beds are not soft but I like a hard bed.

This place is run down in a rundown neighborhood. It is difficult to get to and not convenient for touring old San Juan. They promised to be open by 9:00 where I could drop my luggage off, but they were not. I do not believe that Expedia should be carrying this property at all. I chose not to stay there even though the money was not refundable.

had the basics what is needed - several deficiencies: AC insufficient for facility - barely cools (one small AC unit for two rooms); communication with Mgr very late and unclear; parking questionable, not available first night and had to park on dark street a block away. Mgr responded way too late to this issue…..a bottle of water would have been nice….just not equal to Expedia rating.

The owner was really nice and answered whenever called but where the property is located isn’t that good it’s noisy no washer/dryer in the apartment as it’s stated the owner offers clothing to be picked up and washed by them out of the property. The apartment was clean. The apartment we stayed at had another door going out to the garage that was unsafe. I travel with a special needs child so safety is a must. There were people hanging out in back of my bedroom window I was scared to even look and since we were just there for a couple of hours I didn’t want to bother with that but we could hear everything and it was super hard to sleep. The street when this apartment is located had abandoned houses on the same block. Limited parking but the owner helps with holding spots near the property.

I would stay again

This place met our needs which was just a place to shower and sleep before going to the airport. I was happy that they saved a parking spot for us right in front of the entrance. We felt safe because we had a barred entrance with a lock. The air conditioners were turned on when we arrived so the rooms were nice and cool. The apartment was clean. I loved that we could hear the coquis from there. Checking in and out was very easy. Thank you for renting your apartment to my family.
