Poor design

The room was poorly designed. A door that opened inwards into the bathroom. Cooking hob but few utensils. Large room but small table and chairs, lot of empty space for nothing. King size bed was comfortable. Construction work going on outside starting at 6am, even on weekends. Friendly staff. Heating on all the time and had to turn it all off. Large TV on wall enclosed so no place to use USB. TV on all the time so waste of electricity. Underfloor heating on all the time but staff said there was none!! close to the seashore and lots of shops and restaurants. Not a place I would go back to.
No way to unplug TV so waste of electricity.

Okay for a one night stay

Very friendly and helpful staff. Good value for money. However, due to COVID they are not able to run the centralised heating/air conditioning making it very cold everywhere. There is a radiator in the room but it takes a very long time for it to heat up and because the walls are quite thin. Also, next door they are undergoing heavy construction (a new building from the ground up). It was quite noisy at times because of this. Additionally, I booked the "deluxe suite" based on the photo with the table chairs and sofa. However, when I arrived I was told that was not available... Maybe the caption should be updated to make it clear which room that is.

Another great stay - recommend.

Another great stay at this hotel apartment. Clean, comfortable rooms with cooking facilities. Stayed several times here and would recommend. Safety COVID19 regulations in place and adhered too. Close to centre of town with access to shopping, restaurants, bars and pleasant walks near the sea.

Repeat return guest. Always excellent service at Alsancak apart. Central location near shops, restaurants and bars. 10 mins from metro station. Reception will organise transport from airport - apart (if arranged prior to arrival) 24 hr reception, card key door security. Will 100% return again.

Don't stay even though its central!

Dirty rooms. Floor is very dirty and dusty. Although I booked an executive suit room, I was given a single bedroom with an extremely small kitchen in it! Service sucks, no daily cleaning unless you request is specially. Breakfast is very basic. They have only coffee powder! Location is central, but at night it's quite creepy and dark behind some dirty construction area. My worst experience ever. I spend 120 days a year in hotels and this one doesnt even deserve a 2 star!

It is a nice studio where you can cook fast food. Near many cafes, shops and supermarkets. Lovely fruits and Vegas bad at every Saturday just next to it. Close to tram and train station. They do not clean the room every day. If I had to go to Izmir again I would stay there again

Fab staff, super clean and amazing shower!!

Our stay was fab. We came and went over a period of a week and the manager called when he was concerned we had not returned. It was appreciated that he cared what happened to his guests! Rifat was a star and we will def go back!

Another great stay !

Repeat guest * as usual we had a great stay at Aparts Alsancak, the staff are always friendly and helpful whenever possible, the rooms are we stayed in are lovely, clean and comfortable. Relaxed atmosphere within the hotel and good location for surrounding restaurants and shopping. We have stayed here often when in Alsancak and can not fault the accomodations. There is 24 hour reception which provides added security and of course this means freedom to come and go whenever we wanted. The area itself is on the back streets but this did not hinder our stay at all as the Aparts/ hotel are very close to all the restaurants, metro station, pubs and clubs . Ideal place for us and we look forward to our next stay.

Modern , contemporary and reasonable priced

I love these aparts! Modern, comfortable, clean, reasonable price, central location ... helpful staff who are warm, friendly and welcoming upon arrival. The rooms are nearly refurbished and contemporary feeling inside. Electric key cards for security and lift takes you to your room. Rooms are cleaned every day if you require or you can have peaceful enjoyment without the interruption. The hotel / aparts offer breakfast with extra charge or you can prepare yourself food in room, rooms have cooking facilities and fridge for using. Location is close to the main shopping, restaurant, bar area of Alsancak also close to metro staion and new tram way. Public transport is cheap in turkey and very accessible. I would recommend this hotel/ apartments for staying in alsancak.

Great find in the middle of Alsancak

Definitely will stay here again. The apartment was spacious and well laid with all amenities including a litre and a half bottle of water ice cold in the fridge. Reception was super fast and friendly and despite being apartments the reception was whaty Oh would expect at a hotel. The area, between Alsanck station and the main shopping street can appear a bit daunting at night but once you got your bearings you realised it was better located than first seemed. There is a small metal fabrication shop directly opposite which may distract if you go for a siesta but I heard nothing during the night. Good facilities, good WiFi and the quirky friendly pubs on 1483 street made this a pleasant gem

Basic but clean and comfortable

Central hotel, no sea view, no lift so not disable friendly , access to rooms via stairs only. Free upgrade to suite , staff polite and night staff extremely honest, returned over payment of money paid for room without asking. He is an asset. Rooms have TV and free Wi-Fi although would of liked atleast one English channel out of the 700 on offer ( all Turkish ) rooms clean and tidy upon arrival although did need to request clean and towel/ linen change during my stay. Cleaned promptly though so no problem. Hotel is next to lively bar so alittle noisy but did not disturb sleep. Free air con ..a great plus with the heat. Short distance to sea / park area through side streets which are confusing at first but kept to same route to and from so soon got bearings. Suite had cooker and kettle but cooking only basic food as not supplied well with cooking facilities. Tea and coffee not replenished at all during stay so take your own if your like me and NEED a quick cuppa in morning. Fridge in room. Basic but comfortable and close to all restaurants / nightlife. I would stay again ... overall a pleasant hassle free stay.
