This was a convenient, clean and comfortable place to stay. Unfortunately we were not provided with the code before our arrival, and so in order to check-in we had to walk to another place, which was a bit confusing. The lady was very friendly and welcoming though.

Very convenient as, although it is outside central Florence, it is an easy 15 minute tram ride straight to all of the sights. Very easy as the tram is right outside the apartments and goes direct to and from the centre. Perfect.

This was a great property to catch an early morning flight. It was only 7 minutes from the airport car rental facility. Staff was very friendly and communicated often.

I arrived at 11, wrote and called, no response, I had to stay at another hotel and paid 114 euros, while they could give me the code, like they did day after. I want my money back for the night I didn’t stay at Quadre K hotel. Regards

The hotel was comfortable, clean and well looked after. Although the room was located beside a fairly busy road, traffic noise was not noticeable in the room. The private balcony (at the rear of the room, away from the road) gave an excellent place to relax with a cappuccino after a busy day's sightseeing. Excellently placed and handy for the new tram route between the airport and the city centre, making travel to either simple, easy and cheap! Last but not least, the staff were very friendly and extremely helpful.

This is a service apartment. Location: excellent. Just a 2 mins walk from Tram station. and Tram connects you directly to city centre/railway station and Airport. Reception: They closed from 2300 - 0700 hrs. You have to pay euro 4.90/pax/day as city tax when you check-in Facilities: Well maintained apartment. Induction hob, kitchen utensils are provided. One should clean them once used. In a nutshell, you're renting apartment for your holiday stay. The airconditioning was not that good and because of how system works, we had difficulty in setting room temp. Otherwise, nice property for stay.

Perfect for the tram number 2 which runs to the airport and in to the city centre. Booked for the Firenze Rocks festival which was within walking distance. Apartment was spacious and the air conditioning very effective.

Tram is very close and takes just under 15m to get to central Florence. Clean place, lovely lady at the reception, 2x2 m bed very comfortable. Decoration not really nice- would be more welcoming with light painting rather than the olive green on the walls. Toilet okay- small but clean shower enough for a short break

Great rooms, well equipped, good value and lovely staff :) really easy to get to the centre hopping on the tram just outside too, which makes it worth being outside the centre for purposes of comfort and price.

Hi - I wasn’t able to check in as arrived too late and your email about late check in was not delivered until we were in the process of trying to get in.Just a note about that email it was lost really in the flurry of advert emails you have been sending me since I made the booking so it might be an idea to try and seperate that somehow.. TBH it was my mistake - I hadn’t really thought there would not be a reception but I guess with the name I might have guessed that.

Comfortable and child-friendly

Excellent aparthotel with daily housekeeping. The rooms were spacious and the beds large and comfortable. Fully air conditioned. Kitchen has a large fridge and basic utilities. Wifi is free here and of reasonable speed covering the whole flat. We had a minor problem with the bathroom sink which was resolved almost instantly. Another major bonus was free parking in a secure lot. Access to the parking lot is with a fob key that also provides entry to the flat. The location is about a 15-20 minute drive from central Florence. Staff were very friendly and even helped print out some vouchers for us for free. This place is extremely child-friendly and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We will definitely book again in the future.

The TV is poor. The noise from the busy road is not pleasant. Not an hotel. More like a rental accommodation. Every facilities is very basic. I will not stay there again. It's near but very basic.
