We got the room late. The contact man wasn't answering at all. After we got the key for the room, we found out that the cleaning lady was still cleaning there, so we kindly asked her to just leave it like that. We were waiting outside for almost 6 hours. The AC was leaking, the bed was broken, and there were no right towels.

This was our third time we stayed at this place for the last three years. We stayed at Superior 1Bedroom apartment, enough for 4 people. Rooms always clean and spacious, and has everything we need for 3-4 nights - iron with ironing board, bedding, towels, shower gel, soap, hair drier. Central heating. Kitchen was fully equipped with all you need if you wish to cook. Fridge was very clean, washing machine.. It was quite during our stay. It' easy to get to/from airport on Express bus 100E, bus top very near. If we ever back to Budapest, we would stay here again.

Overall we were very impressed with the apartment as it was simple but tastefully decorated. Very clean and had everything we needed. We stayed for 5 nights. The check in/out process was very easy with them sending you an email with all the various codes needed for the keys and doors. Apartment feels very safe as there are various gates and cctv set ups. The complex is in a very good position with transport links (metro/trams/buses) to just about anywhere you want to go. Even though there was a replacement bus service for the M3 metro while we were there, it shocked me how frequent these were. There are several supermarkets within walking distance including an Aldi and a prima just on the corner. (I highly recommend the prima for its pastries which were amazing 👌) My only negative with regard to the apartment would be the comfort of the bed and the sofa bed. They were a little bit thin if you get me and the bed was quite low down as well. Only a minor thing though. Also I'm not sure if the complex is shared with other companies like Vagabond or other permanant residents but unfortunately the person above us was incredibly loud almost every night and until stupid hours as well. I can hardly attribute this to the quality of the apartment though or the service of Vagabond. All in all a very pleasant stay and would recommend Budapest to anyone as it is a great city with so much culture and character. 🙂

Loved the apartment it’s self! The decor was lovely and seem to just have all the little things you need! Even a nice little balcony. Plenty of shops near by, location was perfect for us; not to far to travel to see all the things you want to see and experience but also just to the side of all the hustle and bustle. People were amazing and friendly! We miss ‘noonoo’ the dog in the office already! So cute! And over all this place massively added to our stay in Budapest! Two main tips I can think of right now for Budapest! Lime electric scooters are the best way to get around if the weathers good and you don’t want to spend much money. Did the whole city on them. And go to Gellert Baths between 6-7am if your brave enough to get up at that time on your holiday! We basically had the place to our selves! Thank you for our pleasant stay!

We stayed in a superior apartment, the apartment was clean and everything is provided. The tv has a usb input so you can bring your own media to watch, it also had Netflix (log into your own account) which was very useful. This would be my best tip especially if travelling with kids because there are literally only 3 channels in English news and MTV. The staff were very friendly and any issues they resolved promptly. There was only the 2 of us but there was extra bedding and towels in the wardrobe. We stayed for a week and the cleaners came mid way through our stay. They also allowed us to leave our luggage there on our departure day so we could make the most of our time in Budapest! Our only issues were the WiFi was occasionally patchy but this didn’t stop Netflix from working and we had data on our phones to fall back on. Also with the apartments being partially residential and being apartments we were woken at 7.30am each morning to chairs being dragged along the floor from the apartment above. This is not a problem if you’re use to living in a apartment and if you time your bedtime around this! Other than that we didn’t hear the neighbours, the walls between the apartments are thick concrete. All in all we were very happy with our stay and we would stay here again. Thank you

its clean . big property and walking distance to Budapest landmark . Shopping malls .restaurants ..shops are just few minute walk from the apartment. The staff are very helpfull and patiently attend to our endless needs with smile on their face. I appreacite so much the kindness of Rosa and Cynthia . I will definely recommend this apartment.
