The best stay

This stay was above all expectations. What best way of staying in Buenos Aires and waking up every day with such a view. Even the time spent relaxing indoor felt like exploring the city. The service offered was excellent. There are a gym and laundry facilities, which come in handy for travellers. The pool is a decent size and gets sunshine here and there, more consistently between 12 and 4. Excellent value for money and if I were going back I'd definitely stay here again without looking any further.

A great place to crash for a few nights

As a short term solution for somewhere to stay Top Rentals was great. The room was a good size and was bright. The only real negative I would give it would be the water pressure in the shower was quite low. I suppose this is what you get for being so far up a tower block though. Overall it was very comfortable and the staff were very helpful.

Good location and great views

We had room on 45th floor. Fantastic views of city. Bed was comfortable. There was only a kettle and electric hob. No toaster or pans which would have been usful. There were only plates and cups and cutlery but no bowls which made eating breakfast cereals amusing. Overall enjoyed staying here. Close to resterants and shops.

We absolutely loved this place. Great location!! View of the city is impressive. Close to nearby attractions, restaurants and shopping areas. We will be back in our next trip to Argentina.

La atencion por parte de los empleados fue muy satifactoria pero el mantenimiento del departmento en si no reflejo la imponente fachada y ubicacion del edificio. Poca limpieza en su interior previa y durante mi estadia. Tostadora no funcionaba el refrigerador tenia un ruido constante molesto y su interno estaba limpio una sola cubetera de agua y la los cables electricos conectados a la hornalla electrica sin ptoteccion y peligroso no obstante lo recomendaria.

Facilité d'arrivée, même en soirée tardive, il suffit d'aviser. Sèche-cheveu disponible à la réception. Il y a une liste des coûts rattachés à tout ce qu'il y a dans la chambre. Donc si vous partez avec une petite cuillière, elle vous sera facturée. Ce qui fait que tout est là et en excellent état!

The apartment is nice but of very low quality, the curtains are not Block out which is very bad at dawn, when you want to lower them they always fall off, so every day I had. To come and fix them. The cleaning of the apartment is every 5 days as well as the change of towels, which are of very poor quality, the employees do not even know the price to change them, one told me $ 5.00 for each and others $ 5.00 for the complete set. I advise you that when you arrive take photos of the conditions of the apartment and send them by WhatsApp because then I know, you want to charge as they did with us, for example they fill the toiletries and the hand soap was already broken on our arrival and they wanted to charge me, I had brought my own products so I did not use them, they were also very bad, first time in our stay we see this, everywhere where we have stayed are for the exclusive use of the tourist even in Cuba. The shower door didn't close well then all the water came out, they came to fix it but it was still the same. As for the sheets, the one that covers the mattress is not adjustable, so you practically wake up sleeping on the mattress. First time we have such a bad experience in our stay, that every year is a different destination. Of course I don't recommend it.
