Perfect stay here!

Its location is great for us to go anywhere by city free Tram 35. Just by a Train station, it’s quite convenient! Equipped with a perfect kitchen, dining area and big TV, we do enjoy the stay here. Especially the staffs provided great service and we feel warm caring. Definitely we will make it our priority choice to stay!

Strategic Location

Very strategic location, across the road fr Flagstaff train & tram stations. Also within walking distance from Queen Victoria Market. The room was spacious and clean. However the door to the bathroom doesn't have a latch. Otherwise very good.

Wonderful location, comfortable room

Location is very convenient, right across from the Flagstaff tram and train stations, and a 5-minute walk to the Queen Victoria Market. The Southern Cross Station is also a short train or tram ride away. The room is spacious and fully equipped. However the bathroom door is a sliding door that doesn't lock or latch.

Very nice! Stayed in a lovely 2-bedroom apartment with fantastic views of the city. Well located, with a tram stop round the corner. Breakfast was good too - fairly basic but perfectly adequate. All in all we had a great stay - thank you to all at Avani Jazz Corner!

The property is so close to transport and within walking distance of eateries and the shopping mall. The free tram is just round the corner. We stayed there for 5 nights and will definitely go there again.

This was such a cool hotel. And what I mean is that it is cool in its design and comfort as well as if you are a jazz fan, this is blue note cool. Very spacious, clean, and super comfortable room, along with all the creature comforts and kind staff. Very close to many attractions that were all walkable. Loved it and would stay there again!
