The hotel is across the street from a great pedestrian street full of restaurants and very close to a gorgeous park. You can walk to so many delicious food and bar choices, and to the biggest Inka marketplace in Lima.

Family Traveling with adult children.

The hotel is clean and comfortable. Felt very safe with hotel staff present 24-7. Morning breakfast was great as it offers more than just a standard continental breakfast. Location is city center and steps away from a vibrant night life. We were happily surprised the onsite gym is a complete gym with trainer’s available for hire.

It was good experience. The room is big and confortable. Good pressure for hot shower. Good breakfast with variation everyday. Well located for night life but the street in front is too noisy some times. Bed was confortable and had big tv. I did not find dryhair but some rooms have it. Nice people attending.

Great customer service

The room itself was fine. The hotel is on the old side,but everything was clean and comfortable. The bedding was very nice. What makes this place stand out is the customer service. I have travelled a lot to a lot of nice places. The stff here was the best ever. They were very professional and attentive while at the same time making us feel like valued family. They were great. The area is safe with restaurants and stores easily accessible with short walks.

“Welcome drink” is not welcomed.

The hotel is good. We were offered welcome drinks on arrival. The drink offered was pisco. We don’t drink, and we asked if we can choose any other options, like juices. The stuff told us either pisco or coffee. No other option. We were not feel welcomed. We also stayed Hotel Estelar Miraflores, we also had welcome drinks there, and we were offered juice. If you cannot provide some verity of drinks, then don’t offer it.

Excellent Hotel - Love it! ( please specify that Passports are required) I showed them my driver’s license as usual but lady did not want it to accept it as a valid identification document. Luckily, I have my passport in my scan documents. But still the lady was not happy to acepte it until we talked to her that is a real valid Documebt. Please specify which documents are acceptable at check in time.

I recently stayed at this Estelar Apartamentos Bellavista and had a truly wonderful experience from start to finish.
