Personel muhteşem, hepsi son derece yardımsever, güleryüzlü, 100 üzerinden 500. Ama rezervasyon yapmadan önce 1 tek isteğim vardı, o da Netflix'in olup olmadığıydı. Evet var, ama bir türlü çalışmıyor, her gün resepsiyonu en az 1 kere aramak zorundayım kaldı ki onlar da dışardan teknik servis çağırmaya çalışıyorlar. O teknik servis bir türlü gelemedi. Merkez ofisin ilgisizliğinden kaynaklandığını düşünüyorum sıkıntının, kaldığım otelin personeliyle ilgisi yok, onlar ellerinden geleni yapmaya çalışıyorlar, sağolsunlar.
