Очень уютный отель! нам очень понравился номер, месторасположение отеля. Вид из окна был на площадь. Сотрудники отеля очень любезные и общительные. Марибор прекрасный город! с удовольствием его посетим еще и конечно же остановимся в этом отеле.

Great hotel but a noise issue.

Everything was great with the hotel but the outside is too noisy and anti noise feature of windows were not enough at all. We could hear everything until 2-3am….

Great appartments - customer service not so good.

Very comfortable apartment, great shower room, beautifully clean, pleasant balcony in the roof, excellent location, easy parking. In high summer (33 degrees) the one air conditioning unit in the large kitchen/dining/seating area was just not up to the job and it was uncomfortably hot, day and evening. The unit in the bedroom cooled the space, so at least we could sleep comfortably. I am not sure that the hotel reads these reviews, as I notice that two previous reviewers have complained the fact that only 2 coffee pods were provided. It is possible to buy extras at the desk, but this is not mentioned anywhere. We only knew because we asked where we could buy some. The staff, whilst friendly, did not provide excellent customer care. The biggest issue for us was that the cooker did not work. We chose an apartment with cooking facilities deliberately. We bought local produce from the market, but could turn on neither the job nor the oven. The lady on reception came up and tried, to no avail. She promised someone from the maintenance team to come up the next morning. Nobody came the next morning, and when we asked at the desk the staff member there knew nothing about it. Nobody came at all and we had to leave behind all the food, and pay for 2 meals out (feel they could have offered us a meal in the restaurant). It looked like the cooker had never been wired in - no on/off switch. So lovely apartments a little spoiled by attention to detail and poor stomer service.

Undoubtably the best place to stay in Maribor - the central location and the quality of the accommodation is excellent, as well as a very pleasant bar / restaurant below. The parking, although at a cost of 12 euros per day is also useful. However, I cannot give the place 5*s because as I explained to reception, there is not enough natural light in some of the apartments because of access (or lack of) to blinds. I was on the 5th floor where the architecture is beautifully blended into the roof line. However, I could only reach the opening for one velux blind and the opening for the large expanse over the terrace (which would have given me stunning views over the mountains) were closed the whole time I was there although the weather was good on 2 out of 3 days. Reception said that they are seeking to solve this problem and I hope they do as it spoils an otherwise great place. One other thing to mention, if you have trouble with stairs, check that you are not in an apartment with quirky steps to a mezzanine bed area.

Just perfect

Had a 5 night stay and just loved it.... the apartment was modern and had everything we needed... loved the outdoor area we had, could sit in our own private space and enjoy the sun through the moving glass roof... the rainfall shower was amazing and just what you needed after a day of exploring the city... the kitchen had what you needed to cook a meal if you desired, otherwise there were loads of places to eat near by or even in their own restaurant... the location of this hotel was perfect.... the staff were really helpful and friendly and could not do enough for us. we would stay here again without any doubts... an amazing hotel

Central modern hotel

New hotel right in the center of this small city. Everything is clean and stylish, rooms have 2 floors, kitchen and small terrace. It can be hot on the second floor where the bed is located. They have private spa which open quite shortly because hotel staff goes home at the evening and cannot leave you at your own. So you should plan your activities accordingly if you wish to visit it. Breakfast is a la carte and good enough. Restaurant menu is quite limited and food not the best, I would go outside and choose some restaurant in old town.

Beautiful!

This hotel is located in the centre and adjoins the old square, with secure on site parking. The hotel itself is part of a large building that has been renovated into a hotel, restaurant and coffee shop / bar specialising in whiskeys (104 so I was told!). The renovation is to a beautiful standard and we stayed in one of the 2 bedroom apartments with an enclosed balcony area, set in a glass section of the roof. The apartment was stunning with kitchen, 2 bedrooms and walk in shower room plus seperate toilet. The queen sized beds were extremely comfortable and clearly, no expense has been spared. Breakfast was a buffet style and charged as an additional option. It was more than adequate with fresh coffee being prepared to your order. We only have one minor criticism in that the apartment had a great coffee machine but no capsules and for such a high standard of accommodation, complimentary tea and coffee would of made this 100% perfect. The staff were very helpful and I have no hesitation in highly recommending the Hotel Maribor and we have already decided we will be coming back!

To say this place was fantastic would be an understatement. The apartment was so new, clean, and beautiful we wished we had stayed another night (we were only passing through from Budapest to Prague). Parking is easily accesible once you send your car registration to the hotel which was tricky for us at first but we managed to find it and get it done. This was a very last minute booking and by far is the nicest place we stayed in during our 12 day European trip. Breakfast was superb as well.

Wow! This exceeded our expectation and was fabulous. It was so great, we actually thought about staying an extra night. Loved Maribor and the apartment we had. Breakfast was very nice and loved being able to order eggs in a variety of styles. The local dining options were terrific, especially the family style Bosnian restaurant. The only thing I would change is the stairs in the apartment, they are a little wonky and require you to pay attention when going up and down. Staff was great and accommodating. This is definitely on our say here again list!

Outstanding accommodation in center of Maribor

We stayed in a refreshingly modern 3-bedroom unit, which actually had 4 bathrooms. Friendly and helpful staff at reception, very clean, nice breakfast available in the lobby. Very convenient location within an easy walk of most every good attraction.
