The apartment was fantastic. Clean, secure, in a nice area and much a much bigger space than I expected. Perfect for the family, especially the pool facilities. Won't hesitate to book again.

Property was good - location was good. Actual apartment needed some work and we had some issues with a few things but the managers worked to do the best they could to improve these. Pool was freezing and unusable. Spa was good though. Room was not as clean as we would have hoped and there was an issue with the fridge.

Lots of space in our 2 bedroom apartment. The Apartment was neat and tidy. Aircon remote in lounge was not working but we were able to use the bedroom aircon remote to operate the lounge aircon. Our kids were playing in the awesome pool making hardly any noise and a security guard informed us a resident had made a complaint about noise. Overall i think the apartment was value for money and i would stay again at that price.

Our room was very nice, 2 bedroom with 2 ensuites... kitchen...laundry ..great balcony and view looking down to the swimming pool that glowed at night.. Have your own parking close to the lift. Reception guy very friendly. Only downfall was showers could need a deep clean and curtains also as the bottom was very dirty. Overall great stay 😃

Furniture a little tired and ready for an update, but comfortable enough and spacious - suited our purpose well to visit family living nearby and have them over for dinner - there is everything you need in the kitchen to cook a simple meal. Reception staff were helpful, provided clear communication and were very prompt to sort out a small problem with a leak in the bathroom. Overall a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Although the furniture could do with an update, it was a great place to stay. Heaps of room in the apartment. The bedrooms are very large and there was more than enough room for a family of 4. The kitchen and laundry were clean. Parking was very convenient. We really enjoyed our stay.

Doors to balcony were locked and staff - who were excellent - were unable to unlock and open. They remained closed thought my stay. Sofa in lounge area was very old, sagging and tired - a/c was not functioning properly and only seemed to have one setting regardless of the remote. WiFi would not accept any connections (showed as"full"). Air in unit smelled stale and damp. Parking at reception area was deliberately blocked off and required parking on the street while checking in/out.

Check-in was easy and we had good communication from the property beforehand. It's assigned car parks and our allocated one was a little tight for our SUV but we got in it. There are dining options about 10-15 mins walk from the resort covering pub/grill food to Thai or Italian. The room was very clean and mostly quiet although there was still a bit of noise from the Motorway. The kids enjoyed the pool and spa. Would stay again.

Over all it was a beautiful place to stay and I really wish I'd booked a few extra nights here as it was so enjoyable! Very spacious and open, with modern appliances. There was a couple of very small issues that I noticed, but nothing that really imapacted the quality of the stay. (Screws where things has previously been hung up, small chip in toilet lid, etc). The only real negative thing was that we couldn't find a manual to help us operate the oven. I would definitely stay here again though!

This property and the equipment in the appartments is now dated and needs an update. Our air conditioning unit would not work and our bathroom sink would not drain. Electrical switch on wall had a sign saying not in use.
