Another wonderful stay at this location. We had a lovely unit near the pool and with a huge balcony. It was more than enough space for two adults and a baby. The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. The hotel is a great location near the Star and close to southbank.

The location was central to everything and great food. The suite smelt musty and damp. The bathroom has water damage, mould in the shower cubicle and there was snot on the wall that a previous guest had wiped there and it had not been cleaned off by staff. The suite needed to be dusted in many places including the fire sprinklers, along the skirting boards and walls behind the door in the bathroom.
