We booked for 5 nights and left after the second night. We wanted to leave from the first night actually. The apartments look different from the pictures. Much older and the cleanness of washrooms can be better. The lobby is too small and the way to/from the hotel isn’t easy during the day due the traffic. We got charged more than what mentioned here on Hotels.com and when we asked about it and requested to match the price they just ignored it. The breakfast is very poor more like a 2 stars hotel. We requested a refund for the rest of the night as we didn’t want to stay longer and they rejected it. We moved to another hotel and just left it with 3 nights already paid.

Wanted to give higher score but couldn't...

Double/queen size bed but the mattress was made up of two single mattresses. You can imagine it wasn't always comfortable to sleep in. The box of washing up equipment (liquid, dishwasher tablet, sponge, washing powder etc) was hidden in gas cupboard area and I didn't know so bought my own washing powder.

Amazing! Go to this hotel if you’re staying in Dubai! Great walking distance to the mall or they have a free shuttle. People are wonderful. Wasn’t planning on returning to Dubai but since staying here we are already planning our next trip.

Dubai business trip.

Nice hotel with good staff and a welcoming smile. Everything was in good order but you would expect this of a brand new hotel. The local area lets the hotel down but understandable given all the construction works going on around the area.
