We stayed here for 1 night only as it was close to Provincetown. Thankfully it was only for 1 night as the bed is the most uncomfortable I’ve ever slept in. Very dated & shabby - probably nice when it was new but I couldn’t recommend it. We stayed in a lovely hotel for 1 night in Hyannis Port that was about the same price & had a lovely breakfast included. Not good value for money even for the money we paid.

This hotel was much better than expected. The room had been refurbished and facilities were very good. Only down sides were bed too small and no breakfast as off season. Excellent location for visiting Princetown and area with easy parking.

A pleasant stay

A lovely stay at the Sandcastle Resort. If you can get a sea view room - it's probably worth it. The room was clean and tidy with everything we needed though the hotel was a little dated and could probably do with a refurb at some point soon. Access to Provincetown is easy

A Worthy Hotel

A decent hotel worthy of the price but a couple of things to note: the hotel is considerably further out of town than first appears. The bus (from the ferry stop) stops right outside every 30 minutes so it's easy to 'commute.' In addition, while the room facilities are good (with combi-microwave, coffee maker (plus 2 days coffee), toaster) they are not air conditioned. A box fan was in the room and quickly cooled down the room when the patio and front doors were open but it did get sticky at night
