Great location, near the Rialto bridge and San Marco. Also near the Coop location for affordable groceries and water. Place had a kitchen and Living room which made it so comfortable for a family of 5.

My family absolutely loved this property. The owners make it very easy to find and they were in constant communication with me before my trip. It is very close to the water taxi stop and only an 8 minute walk to the Grand Canal. The location was perfect. We were very please with our stay and highly recommend this property.

The apartment was amazing and in a cute residential area. It was a 2 bedroom 2 bath renovated apartment that super clean and they even had laundry facilities. Francesca was super helpful with getting us there from the water taxi with perfect directions. Would definitely stay there again.

My wife, myself and our five children enjoyed the few nights we stayed here very much. The Rialto is very close. Food, shops and vendors are pretty much right outside your door. The beds were very comfortable and we had everything we needed. We will book again in the future.

Short Stay Okay

My party only stayed for 2 nights, so this apartment was adequate for our needs. There is only a/c in the bedroom and nowhere else, so we could not hang out in the living room. It was fine for us because we were pretty much gone all day. Beds were comfortable. Communication was challenging at times as we tried to arrange transportation to and from the airport, but all worked out in the end.

Excellent little apartment in a great central location, comfortable, clean and roomy. I would happily rent it again and recommend it. The one very small thing that made life a little stressful was being given codes to the flat at 3 on the day, it would be nice to get these earlier as turning up in a foreign country entirely relying on a mobile phone signal to gave a roof over your head feels nerve-wracking to me - everyone has experiences where phones have let them down.

The apartment was great! Nice amenities and super close to Rialto bridge! The only complaint is that the ac kept temps manageable but didnt really get cold when it was really warm out. It was nice enough to leave the windows open to cool stuff off instead of using the ac but there were so many mosquitoes that we couldnt keep windows open because there werent any screens. Other than that, the apartment was great! Very spacious, nice finishes, stocked with all the dishware we needed. We lovevthe location! Very close to a waterbus stop. Lots of nice eateries!

A very spacious apartment in an excellent location. We enjoyed the comfortable beds and the roof terrace. Our only suggestion for improvement is that the kitchen could be better equipped, there was no kettle, not enough pans, no sharp knives or serving dishes etc. so it would not have been easy to cater for a group - this wasn’t a big issue for us as we were only staying two nights but we’re we staying any longer it would have been frustrating.

The photos of the property made it look like it was far nicer than it was: no place to put toiletries or hang towels in the bathroom (we moved a bookshelf & a very wobbly round table from the living room into the bathroom), mattress sunk at least 3" in the center, outlet next to the bed would not hold a converter (dangerous, had to plug my CPAP machine in using an outlet outside the bedroom, coffee make quit working after the 1st cup was made, coffee cup was stained (pathetic cleanliness), cleaning mop and bucket was not put away. Would not recommend this property. It is overpriced for what it offers.

Basic apartment in the heart of Venice

Clean apartments in the heart of the city. Easy check in/out and communication. Easy to access by waterbus and to find, good explanation available! Kitchen equipment very basic, would be nice if some base stuff like oil, pepper and salt would be available. Aircon not able to cool the room sufficiently.

Amazing apartment, very easy to find if using the apartment’s direction. Sofa bed not so comfy, large king bed in the main bedroom. The only downside I would say and it’s a small one! There was no washing up liquid or sponge provided - we liked to clean up as we went rather than use a full dishwasher cycle for just a few cups! Otherwise, absolutely fantastic location, decor, cleanliness and brilliant kitchen amenities

Worst experience of my life they live us outside in a city the we don't know freezing with my kids. The provide phone number is unattended, whatsapp don't answer, email nothing. Don't book with them. Nobody care about us.

We walked in to a clean and clean apartment. So charming!!! But it was a horrible 2 nights for us because both Aair conditioners did not work!!! Only blew out warm air and it was so hot and humid at night! We ended up opening all the windows to stay cool and the mosquitos definitely had a feast with our family of 6. I called and left voice mails and messages via WHATSapp and no response until after we checked out. Because of this, the overall stay would be a 2 out of 5. Would not recommend. PS. 2 washers and 2 dryers—both did not work and had ERROR on the monitors.
