This hotel was exceptional, the room was comfortable and spacious. Close enough to Ueno station to make moving about easy but far enough away to be a bit quiet. The staff were amazing and we can't thank them enough for making our trip the best ever. Can't wait to go back as soon as possible.

Spacious, Comfortable and Convenience. Staffs are friendly. Is worth to stay base on the location and is very near to Ameyoko shopping street which you can find delicious food and cheaper goods and seafood. There are Skyliner direct to airport terminal too.

I really liked this place. We had one of the smaller rooms with the bunk beds but by Tokyo standards it was a pretty large room. Room had separate seating area as well as a small kitchen area with fridge etc. The hotel is on a quiet side street but only about 5 minutes walk from Ueno station (as long as you pick the right exit!). Ueno park is about a five minute walk too- just go up the big ramp immediately in front of the hotel and that will take you across the railway line to the park. The park itself is nice with plenty of museums and other things to do. Plenty of food choices nearby, a couple of convenience stores within a couple of minutes' walk. The closer you get to the station the more dining options you'll find (including in the station itself). Ueno has good transport links, the shinkansen, yamanote line and subway line so easy access to the wider Tokyo area and beyond. We walked to Asakusa one night which was easily doable and through a nice quiet neighbourhood. The hotel staff were really friendly and helpful and able to provide chargers for phones etc. The room also came with its own pocket wifi- basically a mobile phone you could take out and use for both the internet and calls- all free! The hotel has a laundry and sells detergent so easy to do washing if you need. I'd really recommend this place- perfect for a young family both in terms of the rooms as well as the location. Would definitely stay here again on a subsequent visit to Tokyo.

Very nice rooms, a walkable distance to Ueno station. Great for families. Shame on the lack of flexibility with early check in or late check out, but at least they are transparent about just needing to charge.

The staff were super friendly and the hotel was pretty nice. The room size was good for Tokyo and it even had a small kitchenette and a dining table. It was not too far from Ueno station for metro and Shinkansen trains. There are a stack of dining and shopping options within a 15 min walk radius.
