Beautiful stay

Excellent value, comes w/ kitchen, very comfortable bed, stove top, wine glasses, fridge, with very easy access. Highly recommend for Berlin. Beautiful upscale neighbourhood.

Clean, well kept, quiet (with windows shut), remote staff are very responsive. Generally, accomodation in west Berlin is quite far from the sites in east Berlin, but public transport is efficient and reliable.

Nice, spacious rooms with contemporary design. Great location with everything aroud needed - as well as close connection to anywhere else in the city by public transport. Most convenient check-in ever expereinced. Contact with staff easy and effective.

Rooms are new &,with all the accessories. The wifi is excellent The place is allmost at the centre & in the middle of two trains stations- near the hotel very good restaurant of burgers We’re family and stay for one week , and we ask few times for a basic cleaning and they don’t want to do it! Also we ask one day before check out to leave one hour after and they don’t let us !? There is no help desk at all - only at the what’sup is the speaker and you feel to speak with an ‘robot’ ! I think that next time we’ll take a true hotel…

Good hotel, but HORRIBLE service

Bad customer service Their system glitch Asked me to stand there and take videos and think I’m just stupid Only after an hour they found out it’s their system issue Customer service is horrible The guard thinks everyone is a thief and follow you around but will not help you. The cleaning people just open the door in without knocking. No cleaning service or garbage pick up, but every single day they open the door in when I was still in the unit. To steal things? I don’t know. Just horrible

The photos are extremely misleading. My room was very small, not as photographed at all. The photos show a very spacious room, and mine was the size of a postage stamp. I could barely open my clam shell suitcase. I also expected a kitchenette, but I got a fridge and a coffee maker. It was very expensive for me to say here and I was disappointed. Trying to contact the office via WhatsApp is also a bit of a challenge. You are connected with a bot, until you get through a long phone tree and then eventually you text with a live person. I gave it two stars because my room was very clean and the room itself appeared new. The neighborhood is ok and relatively convenient.

schöne Zimmer und sehr komfortable Betten. Allerdings war der WC Sitz nicht fixiert und trotz zwei Meldungen (chatbot und Mitarbeiter)wurde das nicht behoben oder ein anderes Zimmer angeboten. Das ist schlechter Service.

Schönes ruhiges Hotel, Zimmer sauber und ordentlich. Frühstück hätten wir uns sparen können. Es wird in kleinen Boxen nachts vor die Tür gestellt. Kein Personal da, alle Türen öffnen sich per Code. Somit auch keine Gepäckaufbewahrung. Es gibt zwar Schließfächer, allerdings nur wenige. First come, first serve. Bin aber sehr froh, dass wir mit Balkon gebucht haben. Ging auf den Hinterhof, klein, aber ruhig.

Fantastic stay.

Everything is automated and worked seamlessly. The room was very clean, with a chic and modern design that matched the photos perfectly. The kitchen was well equipped with a fridge, stove, microwave, and all the necessary utensils. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. The essentials room was fully stocked with towels, linens, garbage bags, and toilet paper—basically everything you might need if you ran out of something. The location was great, with the U-Bahn just a 10-minute walk away. It’s situated in West Berlin, which has a more upscale, polished vibe. If you’re looking for the edgier, East Side Berlin experience, this might not be the right fit. A few small drawbacks: there are no blackout curtains, so the room gets quite bright with the morning sun. My room faced the street, and while there was no traffic noise, I could hear sounds from the hallway—other guests, slamming doors, and cleaning staff. Earplugs are provided, but they weren’t enough to completely block out the noise.

Super god overnatning med god service dog ingen reception, hvor alt foregår telefonisk. Hygiejnisk værelse med god komfort. Dejligt med et lille køkken, hvor der var basale ting til at kunne forberede mad. Ville helt klart anbefale.

Sehr angenehme Unterkunft von der aus Charlottenburg gut zu erkunden war, leider etwas weiter von der s Bahn Station, aber andere Verkehrsmittel waren nah und gut erreichbar. Konceptet fungerer virkelig godt. Al kommunikation foregår online, ingen nøglekort der kan blive væk, blot en kode til at låse sig ind med. Derudover mulighed for at hente de ting man måtte mangle af håndklæder mm.

God placering - umulig at kontakte udlejer

Godt ophold. Stedet lever op til billederne og indcheckning var nem. Jeg prøvede i tre dage at komme i kontakt med udlejer via den såkaldte 24/7 WhatsApp tjeneste uden svar, så regn ikke med at få support under opholdet fra andet end en ubehjælpelig bot.

Etwas weiter vom Zentrum entfernt- umsteigen erforderlich, wenn man die Öffi‘s nutzen möchte. Am Ku-Damm nahe der Nobelläden gelegen. Großes und schönes Zimmer, kleine Kitchenette mit allem, was man braucht.
