Disappointed

Pros: the room was relatively clean, the bed was firm but still comfortable, the shower had great water pressure. Cons: the dog next door barks until 11 - 11:30pm (ear plugs didn't help) but the biggest issue for us was that the request for no housekeeping wasn't honoured, despite mentioning it to two employees. It might not be a big deal to some people, but it mattered a lot to us.

Wonderful stay at Spot family apartments - fabulous in every way ….. great location to walk to everything, lovely spacious apartment - spotless! And incredibly friendly and helpful staff - cannot fault. Arranged transfer back to airport early morning - lovely taxi driver - turned up on time - everyone very friendly and reliable. Great value for money in a modern and spacious apartment inna wonderful part of Porto. Apartment needed a chopping board for food preparation. For clothes an iron was provided but not an ironing board.

We recently stayed at this apartment and had a fantastic experience. The apartment was very spacious, well-maintained, and spotlessly clean. The cleanliness extended to the bathroom, which featured a great shower with excellent water pressure, consistent temperature, and efficient drainage. The staff were exceptionally friendly and made the check-in and check-out processes smooth and hassle-free. Additionally, the accommodation provided a convenient luggage storage area, which was very useful. The location was ideal, situated close to major attractions and amenities. Despite its central location, the apartment was very quiet at night, ensuring undisturbed sleep. We highly recommend this accommodation for anyone seeking comfort, convenience, and tranquility.

João is so friendly and sweet! The apartment is clean. You have everything you need in the kitchen. And a lovely balcony with some sunshine in the morning. It’s quiet at night. Only 10 mins walk from são bento station.
