Very friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable room - we appreciated the mountain view. We couldn’t understand the heating controls so unable to turn down the heat. Otherwise very pleasant stay.

Reasonable hotel

Reasonable hotel for a stop along our journey. The rooms were comfortable but in need of some maintenance - we noted stained carpets and marked walls. Parking was fine with street or secure parking options. It is a short walk to the town centre for restaurants, of which there are a few choices.

Cheap and convenient apartment, nice small town

We stayed for 3 nights here at the start of April 2018 in order to explore the local areas of France and Switzerland. For this purpose the hotel was ideal, being close to the motorway, and walkable to the local shops and bars of Divonne les Bains, as well as having an amazing view of the river and the Jura mountains. The apartment itself was basic, with a 2-ring hob, microwave, fridge and plates etc. Lack of a grill/oven made cooking a little more thought-required than we anticipated. The biggest drawback was the reception area, which was being re-furbished. It was very dusty as the carpets were being replaced, which put us off eating at the hotel. We were unhappy not to be warned of the work when we booked, however, it wasn't audible from our room, and aside from making the hotel look unwelcoming when we arrived didn't really impact our stay much.

Large apartment on the edge of Divonne

Large apartment with separate bathroom, toilet, kitchen, bedroom and lounge. The bathroom includes a bath and separate shower. Kitchen area had good lighting and ventilation. A dishwasher was provided. The kitchen appeared generally well equipped but lacked some basic things, such as frying pan, bottle opener & chopping board. The lounge was huge with a comfortable sofa, dining table and TV. The heating worked well. It was very cold when we visited and the apartment remained comfortable at all times. Located about 10 minutes walking distance from the town centre.

Convenient hotel

I was in Divonne for one night to attend a funeral and to be honest the main reason for staying here was the airport shuttle which at 5 euros sounds too good to be true but did what it promised! As it doesn't run on a Sunday it cost me 60 Euros for a taxi to get from the airport to Divonne so it is amazing value - the room nearly paid for itself!

Hotel was in a good location. Lots of restaurants but close early, two or 3 late closing. We had an Indian meal, a bit expensive but good. Friendly staff. Room and hotel were clean. Stayed here and drove to Geneva, a bit away but worth it.

Lovely hotel

All the staff were extremely nice and very helpful. They were assisted us with any and everything we needed and never seemed to mind when we bombarded them with questions. The room was very clean and well presented. The only thing that we found an issue was the distance from the hotel to the airport as it cost a lot in fare. But I guess we should have researched that before hand. Apart from that I highly recommend this hotel.

Convenient, comfortable and well priced

Am a repeat visitor, so know what to expect. Friendly, efficient service, convenient to Geneva, Nyon, the airport, and with the bonus of being in pretty Divonne-les-bains. No frills, just good basics.
