Loved the veiw, the property was extremely nice, staff was great, our room worked it was nice clean and great views but could definitely be updated. All in all we loved the condo especially the walk right onto the beach which we had a few monk seals join us right outside.

Castle Waikiki Shores was absolutely the best!! Our room was Amazing, breathtaking views, right on the beach, walking distance from EVERYTHING. Husband had an amazing 50th birthday! Very clean, great staff and was the hotel very very peaceful!! We enjoyed the Friday night fireworks right from our balcony, with love, laughter and cocktails!! I'm telling everyone I know, this is the best best place to stay!!! Thank you Castle Waikiki Shores!!

Location location location!

Great views from the higher floors in the property. Can't beat the views. Our unit was very clean but somewhat dated and there was no daily housekeeping so had to launder the towels only to find our the dryer didn’t work. The front desk were prompt on getting it fixed. The new elevator is a needed improvement and worked fast. Lovely new redesign and decor in the front lobby. All staff helpful and courteous.

The room was cute, full kitchen, and we had a nice view of the beach. The pull-out was noisy & not comfortable, but still a great place if you plan to stay in Waikiki & do tours. If you rent a car, parking is very limited (~16 spots) that you can't reserve ahead or even by phone once you arrive. Off-site parking is inconvenient & pricey ($79 per night at Hale Koa). In hindsight, since we rented a car & wanted to explore the island, we should have stayed outside Waikiki, but again, if you want to walk around Waikiki, this is a great option.

Close to everything. Parking and cleaning fees add up fast. Beach water was clear but rocks all over the bottom made using it very difficult and hard on the feet. No amenities to speak of.

This property is in a great location, right on the beach. Our room was smaller than anticipated but was clean except for the 2 roaches I saw in the cupboard. They charged us $35 a day to park, which is crazy. The employees were nice and accommodating. Lots of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. I would stay here again but would not get a studio again, too small. Only one elevator was working so the wait for an elevator good be long in the mornings, but we were there in the off season so that would be the time they would want to replace the elevators.

A little older and signs of her age, but exceptionally clean and cared for. All rooms have an excellent view, especially on Friday night after sun down. PLAN to be on your balcony, with a drink in hand, on Friday evening just after dark. Smaller independent without some of the amenities of the larger surrounding chain hotels, but the stuff they don't have is the stuff you would use anyway, so you wont miss it. I would say this place is best suited to Adults w/o young children. There were plent of families while we were there and ther was NOT a problem, just likely a little harder to keep them entertained. Walls are a little thin and you can annoy neighbors easily if you aren't reasonably conscientious. Our room was perfect for 2. SMALL beach area in front of hotel is a bit busy, but it's Waikiki, and you get a discount for Umbrella and Beach chair rental (highly recommend) Would recommend to a friend, Would do again.

My room was severely dated and it was dirty! The couch was stained, the patrician was an accordion patrician that did not attach to anything so it was utterly useless. There was cans of paint in the closets, cracks in the wall that weren’t repaired. The AC in the 2nd bedroom was leak brown stuff from it. I also killed about 6 roaches when I was there. I had a clogged toilet (1 bathroom) and called the front desk because there was no plunger maintenance never showed so I called back 7 hours later because we needed to use the bathroom and they said they would have to see if they could “find” a plunger. The parking is horrible.

Horrible experience. Bed bugs in bed, in pullout sofa and in all blankets, that we had to wash first to be able to sleep there, roaches in bathroom and kitchen, including kitchen cabinets, unable to close door between bedroom and living area because of TV mounted on the opposite wall and table with chairs in between, air condition unit installed in kitchen instead of bedroom area, limited access to elevator and room because of 2 keys for 3 visitors!! Deluxe one bedroom unit should be listed as studio and must be cleaned and sanitized before visitors arrival. This was NOT done properly prior our check in. It was the worst vacation ever for us and we will never go back. I expected much higher standard to be provided, especially sanitized accommodation due to ongoing Covid. Big disappointment for us on our first trip to Hawaii.

I like the beach front and great ocean view from bedrooms and balconies, Kitchen is well equipped, not too far from shopping district by foot. I don’t like how dirty the carpet and hide away bed is in one of the rooms we rented. Great location though.

1210に宿泊しましたが景色が最高でした。 カラカウアも近くてロケーションも良いです。 ワイキキシオアは最低6階以上の部屋でないと公園の木が高くて海が見えません！ 部屋は若い番号ほど海に近いです。　 なるべく上層階で番号の小さな部屋をお勧めします。今回はその旨リクエストをしておいたので良い部屋になりました。
