Very nice

Very happy with the accommodation and its very conveniently situated. The staff in reception were one of the most friendly,professionals, helpful i have ever met. Gabriele was amazing with his advice, professionalism and charm. The same can be said for the lovely young man on the evening shift,whose name escapes me,sorry. Overall ,my husband and i would recommend Star Residence and we would definitely stay there again.

A great small hotel ideally located.

A great hotel with self catering facilities and ideally located close to the bus station Porta Susa from the airport, 5 minutes walk. Staff very friendly and helpful, as were the cleaners also.

Family holidays

It was a amazing time to stop in Residence Star as all services has beyond all my expectations. Hotel situated next to local shops and bus stops has offered very friendly staff service, clean and spacious apartment including all what we needed to organise our stay in Turin , car park has been fully secure and big enough for any car, room fully equipped, cleaning service always arrives on time and front desk people always very helpful and professional. I can truly recommend this place for anyone who is looking nice place to stop in Turin for whatever reason.

Great for the station

A very handy place to spend the night when travelling via Turino Porta Nova. There is a friendly little bar a few doors away where you can get breakfast.

Great base for exploring Torino

Had a 2 night stop over in Torino, booked this as we needed to be on an early train from Porta Susa station. The accommodation is a short walk from the station. Local area had a few supermarkets and restaurants along with bread and cake shops. As the apartment has a kitchenette we where able to cook our own meal on the first night as we had traveled most of the day. The city sightseeing Blue line bus stops at Porta Susa.

Great hotel

Great location and the rooms are spacious and very clean. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. The only thing missing was a kettle in the room other than that a great place to stay!

great hotel, great location

This hotel in just across the road from the train station. the reception was very modern and clean, we were pleasantly surprised. the room was very spacious. high ceilings and comfy bed. it even had a kitchenette which was nice although we didn't need it so it wasn't used. the bathroom was nice, very modern and clean, toiletries was included. we only stayed for one night but would have been happy staying longer. location was good, we walked into town, its a nice walk. loads to see. restaurants nearby.

Room was clean, functional and had funky decor. Very handy for the Royal Palace and shopping - only 10 minutes walk away
